A utilização sem problemas, a não ser que um dos chips não era compatível com o celular posto, ao contrário da informação da empresa , a solução foi comprar novo chip de inserção na loja Vodafone Portugal Aeroporto,estes alegaram não pertencerem à Vodafone Holanda.

Struggled to connect in Zimbabwe reception was poor for most of my stay. Service was better in South Africa.

Ich befinde mich mit meiner Familie für 2 Wochen in der Türkei. Vorab haben meine Mutter, mein Vater, meine Tante und ich jeweils eine eSIM für die Türkei gekauft. Schon unmittelbar nach der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass der Empfang an vielen Orten zu wünschen übrig lässt.

Häufig ist man dazu gezwungen, statt des versprochenen 5G-Empfangs aus unserem Paket nur mit E-Netz zu surfen, was leider immer wieder zu Internetproblemen führt. Nach ein paar Tagen und einigem Herumprobieren ist mir aufgefallen, dass man dieses Problem zumindest teilweise umgehen kann, indem man nach jedem Verlust des Empfangs den Flugmodus kurz ein- und wieder ausschaltet.

Trotzdem ist der Empfang bei anderen Anbietern wie Turkcell oder Türk Telekom, speziell bei Angeboten für den Urlaub in der Türkei, deutlich stabiler und gleichzeitig auch schneller.

Des Weiteren kann ich weder Vodafone noch Vodafone Travel empfehlen. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich besseren und zuverlässigeren Empfang erwartet.

It was ok for the most part. But at times it wouldnt work despite showing signal. It would happen everyday I was abroad for which was 7 nights. Workaround was to restart the phone or put it on airplane mode.

Very bad and poor signal in Parga and Ammoudia. In hotel room I barely have any signal….

Unfortunately, the network coverage was very poor during most of my stay. The internet connection was slow and often didn’t work properly. I’m disappointed with the service I received.

Speeds were low, after complaining they increased however very shortly after the signal reduced. IMO not suitable for streaming video and very poor for social media.
This sim was used in Spain (Andalucia)
I probably only got the use of 7gb out of 40gb and had to use UK sim for CarPlay navigation.

An eSim is the way to go, product works as advertised. My phone is still locked to Tmobile so it took a few extra steps to temporarily unlock so that I could install. Once setup was complete, I had no issues with my two week Asia Pacific eSim in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.
A month later bought another eSim for Latin America trip. No issues after setup in Buenos Aires, however I could not connect in Curitiba Brasil. Technical support provided complete and easy-to-follow instructions to finally get connected, in this case i needed to manually select carrier.

First time using the travel eSIM , what a pleasure to travel and been able to communicate anywhere, anytime. Will recommend for anyone.

I used the eSIM throughout Europe. Excellent experience. Speed, connection, etc. Take advantage of the 20GB promotion with 20GB free. I recommend Vodafone.

We were in the Greek Islands - and our Vodafone esim was very inconsistent in Milos, Santorini, and Naxos. I would say it worked 30% of the time. It was better while in Athens. I was disappointed, especially when we needed to access google/apple maps to get to certain places it was not very helpful.

It was reasonably priced. Purchasing and setting up the eSIM was super easy. It had good coverage nearly everywhere, including Turkey.

Vodafone muss mittlerweile wissen, dass ihre Datenpakete nicht funktionieren.
Ich habe leider keine Bewertungen gelesen, da ich mich auf den guten Ruf als Mobilfunkanbieter verlassen habe.
Wir sind in Marokko und ich habe 15+15G gebucht. Das Internet ist so langsam, dass keine Website, keine App ( nichtmal ihre eigene) und kein Google Maps funktioniert. Lediglich Nachrichten in WhatsApp gehen, keine Bilder oder Videoanrufe.
Im wlan des Hotels habe ich den Service kontaktiert, erst über die App, dann per E-Mail, weil sie Screenshots als Beweise wollten, dass ich ihren Anweisungen gefolgt bin. Erst als sie wollten, dass ich alle meine Wlanpasswörter lösche, für alle bekannten Netzwerke, habe ich es verneint. Da ich mittlerweile die Bewertungen gelesen habe, war mir klar, dass das nichts wird.
Meine Bitte auf Stornierung und Rückzahlung wurde verneint, ich hätte das Datenpaket ja aktiviert.
Unfassbar, das hat mich einen ganzen Urlaubstag gekostet und jetzt muss ich nochmal woanders buchen. Immerhin habe ich über das wlan die Möglichkeit das zu tun.
So kann man seinen guten Ruf als Unternehmen natürlich auch kaputt machen.

Update: nach meiner Info, dass ich auch eine schlechte Bewertungen schreiben werde, um andere Reisende zu warnen, kam sofort die Rückerstattung. Dass ich das nur daraufhin bekommen habe, ist aber mehr als enttäuschend.

O serviço funcionou perfeitamente, desde a hora que cheguei ate o final da viagem. Recomendo fortemente.

Garbage. Cant even leave this review here , thats how bad it is. Connected on 4g and nothing . Tried for hours. Dont buy

Hallo, ich habe mir ebenfalls die Vodafone-eSIM bestellt. Leider funktioniert sie nur sehr selten und die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Das hätte ich von Vodafone wirklich nicht erwartet.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde mir definitiv keine Vodafone-eSIM mehr bestellen oder sie weiterempfehlen.
