Ryan Smith was travel agent i spoke to over the call he gave me a wonderful assistance. He was more than happy to help me and was a very humble person. He and was so cooperative and helpful that i loved his service. Thank you Ryan.

Ethan was cooperative, sent me my e-tickets. However, I am not satisfied with the service provided by travelcation. I booked my flight for $1324 and when I am calling them for e tickets they are telling price is increased and then I had to book the same flight for $1360. Just disappointing!!

There was a glitch with my booking but it was taken care of right away by Ryan at Travelcation. The booking was fixed and he made sure to follow up and walk me through the steps to complete the booking. The team is very professional and I definitely recommend booking with them.

The booking experience started off questionable. The flight I booked online was no longer available for the price I paid. However, the agent Ryan was patient and looked for alternative deals that were affordable and within our time frame. He was incredibly honest, helpful and understanding. After my first exceptional customer service experience with Jordan in Travelcation in May this year for a return ticket from Vancouver (Canada) to Tanzania (see my review in late May 2022 time frame), I wanted to book a return ticket from Vancouver to Accra (Ghana) just few days ago.

I searched the web and after deciding on a cost-effective price/itinerary, I contacted Jordan/Travelcation for their price for the same itinerary. They quoted the same price I found from my web search and I was happy to book the ticket with Travelcation at that price. However, even without asking, Jordan gave me a further discount on his own! I was really happy with this unexpected gesture of customer goodwill! They really care about the customers and this is my 2nd very positive experience with Travelcation, going out of their way to keep the customers happy!

Asiana airlines changed the price of the already confirmed ticket, but Ryan was able to help me, he even added a personal coupon so I could save more! Thanks for your help Ryan!

What a wonderful company to book the flight. I recently had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with them. We had a family emergency due to which we had to travel to India urgently. We booked our tickets in rush and didn’t know that the visa for my daughter was suspended. We already checked in online and was supposed to be at the airport at 7:45 pm, at 6:30 pm when I got to know that we can’t board the flight, I called Travelcation to change my booking. This is where my exceptionally pleasant experience started with them. Our agent Ryan Smith along with his co-workers Ethan, Jordan, Rebecca and Amit who were helping him behind the scenes made our experience so nice. They all helped us whole heartedly to change our flights at the last moment and also help us to stay calm in this panic situation and showed the exceptional level of customer service. They proved it very well that humanity still exists. Keep up the good work guys and keep helping people the way you helped us. God bless you all and shine bright!!!!!
