Beware of this website when booking flights.
Avoid using this site entirely. Do yourself a favor and only book through TICO-licensed websites if you're in Canada. This site is not registered with TICO, and their practices are misleading.

They advertise flight tickets that they don’t actually have access to. I booked a ticket and received a booking number, only to later get an email from Rebeca Willson saying the selected flight combination and class of service were no longer available.

If the ticket isn’t confirmed with the airline, it should not be advertised. This kind of misleading behavior wastes travelers’ valuable time and money.

I have already filed a formal complaint with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).

The speed in answering phone calls, the professionalism in handling client requirements and the punctuality in honoring committments, should encourage me, and any other reasonable client, to extend full appreciation to the works achieved by "Travelcation Employees". Among all other ladies and gentlemen, I would like to specifically refer to the help offered by Mr. Justin Hayden and Miss. Ana Garcia whose support and dexterity in handling issues are more than appreciated.

Such an experience encourages me, and our friends, to deal specifically with Tavelcation for any future requirements.

My worst airline ticket experience ever. I made a reservation at night. The website said that the price was fixed. The next morning I got a call. They told me the price has gone up since I made the reservation, but they can give me a small discount. Still, the new price with the discount was 32% higher than the original one. Why would you state that the price is fixed if it's not? I could pay a couple of percent more and gotten the tickets from the website of the airline if I knew that earlier. I needed to get the tickets for the exact days and I'd pay that several percent of difference to be sure that nothing is going to change.

I booked a ticket from travelcation but received email to ask me call back. I called in got connected to Mark Smith and he told me the flight I booked has no more tickets.This sounds a typical scam trick which ask you pay a bit more, I thought. The conversation is very comfortable,Mark Smith explained the situation and found a final solution to get the direct flight as originally planned, he was patient, polite and professional. Thanks to Mark and the team to get thing done.

Ethan Castillo was very easy to speak to, and helped me sort out my itineraries in a timely fashion. Good job.

Misleading and unprofessional. Save yourself some headache and book directly with the airlines. Horrible communication and bad attitude.

I booked a ticket from travelcation but received email to ask me call back. I called in a few time and eventually connected and they told me the flight I booked has no more tickets and I need to pay additional for it. this sounds a typical scam trick which ask you pay a bit more. I refused it and the CS (Ryan) explained to me why this happens and how he can help. The conversation is very comfortable and he is patient, eventually I paid additional tiny amount to secure the same flight. Though i spent additional time and cost, I still kept the original plan and I will thank for Ryan's help.

Spoke with Ryan, who was very diligent in helping book my flight, finding different options, rescheduling, or refunding when my flight was cancelled. Things are still processing but I feel taken care of so far.

They stay in contact even outside of regular business hours which was very helpful.
