5 stars!! Ryan was awesome to deal with. So patient and accommodating. With lots of back and forth he was able to get me on the same flight as my sister. Was so good with explaining the process as we went through the booking. Among all the flight booking companies they are quick to pick up the phone. Very proactive and professional in handling queries. He was also very considerate of our situation and explored a lot of solutions to help us out. For our next trips will certainly be contacting Ryan for his out-of-this world service. We really appreciate him for staying overtime to help us complete our booking for a flight leaving in 2 days.

Had a good experience with Ryan and Mr. Mark. They were very accommodating when I needed to make a change to my reservation.

After booking, I was told that the flight was full. My brother and I were extremely anxious because we had a family emergency and needed to be able to fly asap. Ryan made a miracle happen. Amazing service. He even made a curtesy call to confirm all was received on our end. Ryan I cant thank you enough! Thank you from our whole family! You really saved the day!

I want to start by saying that overall the experince was ok - getting connected to the right person was a pain as my call was disconnected for 3 times while on hold waiting for someone to speak to me. Since I was speaking from Toronto, they always told me that they are transferring me to the right person and then the call would go dead! If I did not have an existing ticket that I needed to change, I would not have kept on calling them back.
BUT once I got to speak with the right person, and my contact person was Ryan Smith, things went very smooth, he was very helpful and walked me thru the entire process, called me back for confirmation and also got quick response on the emails too. So if I have to rate just Ryan then I would rate him 5 stars.

Didn't warn me that I can not transit to mainland China from Taipei, Taiwan, booked me flights that transit in Taipei, making me turned more than $2000 into airline's credits. Don't trust them easily.

I had some issues with the airlines and had to proceed with cancellation process. I contacted an agent named Ryan and he was so patient enough to handle and solve the issue. Great customer service. Really appreciate all the efforts and time. Made it lot more easier. Thank you so much...

Service was good and quick responses. Tried to find different options that would best fit my timetable. Unfortunately we were not able to find an option that best fit my schedule and financial requirements. Would use them in the future.

Complete SCAM. I bought tickets through their website and it was a nightmare. Their modus operandi is to list the lowest price in the Google Flight options and then jack up the price to force you to take the higher price or pay the cancellation fee. Do not use them.

I "Booked" 2 flights from Canada to Mexico around 13 hours before the boarding. I had a "confirmation" number (showed before even I clicked on "confirm") which is not enough to check in. I called several times the support number but all they said is that they transfer my inquiry to the Canadian support center (why actually we don't have any direct number)... 5 hours later no one contacted me and my credit company doesn't see any transaction. So I had to block my credit card because IT LOOKS LIKE A HUGE SCAM. What's weird about it is that it was referred by Google flights, with which I never had any problem before...

Booked a flight, next day get a phone call at 3am and two text messages saying only "Kindly call us back". Called and the operator transferred me to 3 separate representatives before one could say that the flight I booked was not priced correctly and it would be another $150, but this is the cheapest rate I could get anywhere.

Seemed a bit too scammy so told them to cancel my booking, will be keeping an eye on my credit card statement for fraudulent charges. The cancellation email said they tried to get a hold of me but couldn't, even though I spoke with them and cancelled.

Ended up booking with another provider for more or less the same new price. Luckily the trip is ~6 months out so only wasted a bit of time.
