It's not a scam, but the customer service and terms and conditions are really bad. If you have a problem, you have a specific deadline for reporting said problem (48 hours for monthly rentals), and... ãã£ãšèŠã
DO NOT USE THEM If your life depends on it. They are the worst. Anything that breaks after 24 hours is on you. The fridge the AC the windows the door that doesnât close. Anything. They didnât refund... ãã£ãšèŠã

Seumur2 saya sering menyewa apartemen lewat berbagai macam aplikasi dan website, tapi baru kali ini saya mencoba travelio dan langsung experience nya buruk sekali.
Komunikasi sangat amat susah, ribet dan tidak responsif. Pada saat check in kamar belum belum di bersihkan, banyak aminities yg tidak ada dan tidak sesuai dengan yg ada di list aminities yg sudah di janjikan oleh pihak travelio. Bed linen banyak bekas bercak darah saya langsung complain dan minta ganti bed linen tapi itupun saya harus berdebat lama dulu dengan pihak cs travelio dan setelah berdebat panjang baru di ganti 1 minggu lebih 1 hari baru di ganti, coba bayangin bercak darah loh dan gak cuka 1 atau 2 saja tapi ada banyak. Saya cuma minta ganti bed linen bukan minta uang balik tapi itupun seminggu lebih baru di ganti, parah kan.
Saya bayar paket Internet juga dan internetnya dari awal gak jalan sampai sekrang pun saya susah stay disini 2 minggu masih ngadatbterus internetnya dan internetnya pun tidak langsung di sediakan di hari pertama saya masuk, saya harus minta dulu baru di antarkan haru berikutnya, padahal saya bayar dari haru pertama saya check in. Saya sama sekali tidak merekomendasi travelio kepada siapapun karena bukan saya saja yg bermasalah tapi banyak customers lain yg bermasalah dengan travelio begitu juga ibu saya yg menyewa travelio di apartemen lain yg jauh lebih mahal tapi keadaan apartemen beliau lebih buruk dari pada apartemen saya, sampai ibu saya juga marah karena dia bayar 15jt sekian untuk stay 20 hari di apartemen mewah di daerah epicentrum.
Ini bener2 agent penyewaan yg paling patah yg saya pernah coba! Jangan sekali2 coba travelio deh, sumpah gak pake bohong!
Don't use Travelio
First apartment that I booked and paid full was canceled by one side (the apt owner). Took a few weeks for Travelio to relocate me to the second apartment that fits my requirements. When I get there after paying the check in fee though after hours of international flights, we came to find out that the apartment does not have running water. Apparently the owner has not been paying their water bills for a lot of money. The agent who let me into the apartment left without letting me know what's going on. Very frustrated.

I have the worst experience booking an apartment using this app,
first place that i booked didn't get approved for almost 5 days (the app says i would get confirmation max in 3x 24 hours) when i called customer service after the 5th day - they said the unit is no longer available,
the app also automatically deducted the deposit fee from my debit card even though i havent got any booking confirmation and i have to wait for almost a month to get it refunded,
Booked the second apartment for only 1 night, according to the system i could check-in in 2 hours, i ended up waiting for almost 5 hours to wait for the key of the apartment delivered - their customer service is also hard to reach,
I would avoid using their service at all cost, at least until they improve their service!
