Jake is awesome . I had problem with misspelled name and Jake was able to help clarified it with the airline. He was very patient and helpful.

Aaron was amazing to work with he started from the beginning to the ending. I reviewed comments and I asked to speak to him. I spoke with him and he helped a lot very pleased that we worked with him and he worked with us couldn’t ask for a better representative

Price change within 15-minute hold. Purchased RT tickets for $730 during a 15-min price freeze, and after going through with credit card payment, I get a phone call saying the ticket prices jumped form $730 to $1900 in that time frame - BS! This is a click bait website. They will call and try to get you to agree to accepting the new fares, using specific terms to try to trap you into basically losing your initial amount. Ignore their phone calls and within 72 hours youll get a refund. Absolute scam of a company

Jake west was as helpful as he could be, but i was very dissatisfied with the way your pricing is advertised. it felt like a bait and switch. The price quoted on your site only included a personal item to take on the plane. One cannot expected to travel for any period of time without luggage. in order to be permitted a carry on, I had to pay an additional $120/person. This made the trip more than I wanted to spend, but when I tried to cancel, i was advised that part of the trip was already confirmed and was non-refundable; therefore I was forced to book the trip at this higher price which made me quite unhappy, since I am a senior on a fixed income.

Terrible experience. Paid $480 for two tickets with no bags included, which was fine. After receiving an email from them that day with my flights information, I called the (800) number to confirm and everything was perfectly fine. When the time came close to me to travel over a month after booking, I found out they had canceled my tickets 5 days after I bought them. I called them panicking because I already have a car and a hotel booked! Ialso paid for my daughter’s weekend college experience as well.
They wanted to charge me more money to put me in a different flight an hour and a half from my house and two hours away from my destination!! This is so messed up!! Do not trust them!!

Dishonest business. You post inexpensive flights not making it clear that they are not guaranteed seats, then charge non-refundable costs and call us saying we need to upgrade to get standard seats. The site doesn't make any of that clear, even the fine print is unclear about it all.

Scare tactics and will tell you things not in their contract to create fear. Please save yourself time, money, peace and patience. there is not an ounce of honesty for this company.

They are a definite “bait and switch”. They advertised two round trip tickets to San Jose with perfect connections for $522.44. I gave them my information and credit card. Booked! Great! No!!!! The next morning a representative called and said the tickets were: 1. Non-refundable 2. No checked or carryon baggage 3. No online check in and the biggest 4. NO GUARANTEE of the flight i itinerary! It’s that why you book a flight??? He said to gain these “bonuses” I would need to pay $1,000 extra dollars. I hung up and called Southwest Airlines. The flights were NEVER BOOKED! I called my credit card company to block the chargers. I called BBB and Google to alert them of this company. I hope no one else gets scammed by them! Despicable!
