Sharon sent us our boarding passes even though I got them off the Delta app as well. This review has nothing to do with Sharon. Only thing I’m not happy about with this company is they advertise one price then when you are locked in the price doubles because with the low price you can’t take luggage. So you have to upgrade to take ANY luggage.

The 4-star rating is a mix of our experience with Travelocase and with their staff member, Sharon! Sharon was amazing and very helpful in making sure we understood what our ticket did and didn't allow. We got our itinerary changed and feel much better about it. I think Travelocase.com needs to do a better job in advertising the details of the flights, especially when there are deals that make the flight cheaper but severely limit the options for the passengers of the flight.

Jake West provided excellent customer service. He called letting me know he emailed me the border passes after he had confirmed my flight with Delta. I truly appreciate the excellent level of customer cares Travelocase provided which is hard to find in current business environment that most of the times we are dealing with AI instead of real human. As you can tell from some of the reviews below, many of the five-star reviews are extremely brief and generic comments such as, “Jake did a great job.” In my opinion, this raises serious questions about how representative these reviews are of actual customer experiences.

I would highly recommend reading the one-star reviews before doing business with this company. In my opinion, that is where you will get a much clearer picture of the experiences people have had and the problems you may encounter.

My experience with this company was completely different.

Despite being repeatedly told that I could not cancel, I ultimately received confirmation that my account was cancelled and that I would not be charged. The high-pressure tactics throughout the process were extremely frustrating.

Here are the steps I took:

Once the terms of the agreement changed, I immediately disputed the situation and made it clear that I did not agree to the new terms.
While the credit card transaction was still processing, I contacted my bank and took steps to prevent any further charges.
I informed the company clearly and repeatedly that I was cancelling and would not authorize payment, regardless of how many times I was told that cancellation was not allowed.
Eventually, I received an email confirming the cancellation and stating that there would be no charges.

Do not let high pressure tactics prevent you from advocating for yourself. Keep copies of every email, document, and communication, and carefully read everything they send you.

Despite repeatedly being told that I could not cancel, the end result speaks for itself: I received written confirmation that the account was cancelled with no charges.

Before signing up with this company, I strongly recommend taking the time to read through the one-star reviews not just the overall star rating.
