There was a misunderstanding on my part of the terms and conditions, and Aaron Samuel made sure to take care of my mother and I and ensure that our flight was refunded during our financial hardship. God bless Aaron!

I had the worst experience with this


I had the worst experience with this company. Here is how their scam works: you pay to book your tickets through the travelocase website. Next, they never send your tickets/airline confirmation number to your email, so you have to call them and ask why it didn’t arrive. Then, they proceed to tell you one of a few scenarios (your flight doesn’t include baggage, doesn’t include assigned seats, the seats are too limited, etc) and ultimately try to upcharge you for hundreds/thousands more than you paid. In our case, the money never came out of our account although we entered our payment info, and they said our choices were either 1) pay to upgrade or 2)cancel our order. When we called the actual airline ourselves, they said the ticket numbers they provided to us and the confirmation code didn’t exist.
Ultimately, we had to change our card number and learned a hard lesson: don’t book through a 3rd party, especially Travelocase.
