Do not waste your time. They advertise an unrealistic price. After booking they call you and try to sell you a different more expensive ticket. I told them I was ok with the restricted fare and they said that they are sending it to the airline for confirmation. 5 days later I still did not have my tickets. When I called them they told me that 1 out of 3 booked ticket s are on standby and will remain on standby. I had to rebook for a different flight and paid same price as all the other companies were charging. Conclusion: do not waste your time. Book through a reputable website and save your time and energy.

In my experience, this site is misleading. The flight price initially displayed was nowhere near the actual cost. During the booking process, there was no clear information about additional fees for baggage, seat selection, or other extras.

The website stated that the ticket would be reserved within 2–4 hours, but the confirmation email said it could take 24–48 hours. The following day, I received an urgent email asking me to call. Shortly afterward, they claimed they had tried to reach me, even though I had not received a phone call.

When I called, I was told that the advertised fare was only a promotional price. I was then pressured to purchase a much more expensive option if I wanted standard services such as checked baggage and seat selection. I was also told that if I did not accept the higher-priced offer, I could lose the original charge and would have no choice but to book through them.

I had to firmly insist on canceling the reservation and requesting a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this site. Be sure to read the terms carefully and proceed with caution.

This site is scam! I purchased 2 tickets online for $312.26 from oak to Vegas then I got an email to call them back to confirm. When I called I ask about carry-on, I was told there is a charge for it didn’t realize till the day before our flight that there was an additional charged for $512.62 on my card. That’s almost 3X the original price of 1 ticket!

They don’t even deserve a single star. This is a complete scam! Once you have booked, they will call you and tell you that that promotional price is no longer available on this flight. They will try to charge you a double to get that same flight or offer you horrible other options. I am choosing to dispute it with my credit card. I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get it resolved. Originally they agreed on the price they advertised and then they told me I had to pay an additional $180 for each passenger to get the flight that I booked through them. TRAVELOCASE is the Biggest scam I have ever known! I let my credit card company know that this was a scam and that I was not willing to pay anything to this company. And they were very willing to dispute this scam.

I had misunderstood the terms of the tickets I purchased, but my agent, Liam Smith, was incredibly helpful finding me an alternative flight that met my needs. He kept me notified ever step of the way. I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provided

I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get it resolved. Originally they told me I had to pay an additional $680 to get the flight that I booked through them. Then they lowered that to 480. Then they took another $50 off. If I had paid more money, who knows if I even would’ve gotten that flight. That was also $300 more than it cost to book it directly through United. Biggest scam I have ever known! Luckily the charge had not come through on my credit card and it didn’t even show as pending. I let my credit card company know that this was a scam and that I was not willing to pay anything to this company. It is a United credit card so they were very willing to dispute the charges if they came across.

Aaron Samuel was so patient. He never rushed or sounded like I was wasting his time. Each time I asked him to repeat something, which was often, he would calmly repeat it for me. I appreciate his help with this whole thing.

I would be careful with the listed price, the prices are not true and they will still show basic airfare when the airline itself is sold out. Also when you do basic airfare this third party company will give you restrictions to the basic airfare and lie and lie to you all day long. So just be careful with this site. Check the actual airline site to see if is sold out.

Everyone is super nice it just took awhile to get my E tickets. Their prices are the same as the carrier website.

False advertisement. They advertise the lowest ticket price that was ever available to entice you, but if you call to confirm the ticket price, it's actually comparable to what other websites offer or higher. For example, the ticket price per person was $290 on their website. When I called to ensure pricing and availibilty were correct, I was told that the $290/person was sold out and it would be $1,000/person.

Chloe was great help she was finding me the multiple flights and was patient with me. She said she will be helping with the boarding pass

Benny Parker was excellent he calmed my nerves and made my traveling arrangements alot smoother.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service ever. I purchase a fare through Travelocase for United airlines. I received the email right after my “purchase”. The same day, I received a call from a call center agent in India who was aggressively telling me that I needed to pay them an additional $700 to upgrade my ticket to a different class just for the ABILITY to check ANY bag (not including bag fees). They then put a “supervisor” on the phone after I rejected paying the extra “fee”. That “supervisor” started cussing me out after I started asking questions about the $700 fee they were trying to charge me. Eventually that call ended and I never received my flight confirmation email. So I called a couple days after and the phone number lead to someone’s personal voicemail. They then called me back and told me that the airline changed the flight to a date later in the month and I had to accept it without being able to get a refund.

The agent that was provided to me was forcing me to provide information and tricked me into giving him information that I didn't want to provide. I felt pressured to accept what he was offering me and im not happy with the services he provided. At the time of my booking, I was promised the dates, time and place of departure I requested. A few hours later I was notified of a change in schedule and departure site, that i didn't request, and was not given noticed of in advance. I neither request nor did, I approve the change in the itinerary. This change was done without my approval or knowledge. Instead of leaving from San Diego the agent changed the departure to Ontario which is a 2 hr drive from where I live. This is an inconvenience to me because i have no way of traveling to Ontario, plus this change is imposing an extra cost that i cannot afford.The agent told me that, if I didn't confirm via email I would lose all my money and they would charge me an extra $400.00 on my credit card. This company refused to provide me the itinerary I requested and refused to give me a refund. Don't use this company, I had a horrible experience with them and do not recommend their services which were awful. So becareful because they will change your itinerary without your knowledge. BTW NO STARS!

Terrible terrible service. I had read about companies like this before but decided to try anyway. Made my booking, entered my information, half an hour later received a call saying that there was an error and that flight / price was sold out. They offered me another one for $200 more per person. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this site.

Do not use this platform whatsoever, the support is helpless and they tell you anything to get rid of you. They held my booking for almost a week constantly telling me I’d recieve a call in the morning and that in 24 hours I’d get a separate confirmed ticket email (all lies) just for an email to finally come through saying my booking failed with no explanation. Now I can no longer take this trip as the prices have been consistently rising.
