Booked a group holiday today with a very helpful lady Valerie Burton . Was efficient and very helpful and quick with the booking.
After leaving a message to ring me back she did within a short period which I like .

Adam was amazing. Helped me to book my package holiday and arranged to contact the hotel to check availability of an adapted room or a room near to the lift.
He was polite and explained everything clearly.

Adam was extremely helpful. Booking a Family Holiday and was very patient and knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed. At one point we got cut off and even though this was at the end of the booking and the deposit payment paid he phone back immediately to make sure everything had been covered. Would deffinately recommend.

Having spoken to Valerie Burton, today to secure a holiday in November, Valerie could not have been more helpful. Everything was booked and confirmation documents were sent within minutes of our call. What a great service from Travel Solutions when most service industries are getting worse. Our booking experience online had difficulties but once we spoke to Valerie Burton, we met excellent service. We were able to get the booking arranged as we wanted it and Valerie exceeded our expectations throughout. A really enjoyable experience.
