Edit #2 It has been almost a week since they said they wanted to help. Within minutes, I respinded with the information they requested...6 days later still NOTHING.

I would have preferred 0 stars as an option. This is THE worst company EVER! From.start to.finish Alex and Chris were HUGE disappointments. I thought I had been scammed when I purchased my tickets online for a divorce trip to Hawai'i. Turns out after all was said and done Travomint controlled the return trip from Honolulu booked on Alaskan through Hawai'ian. After suffering a serious injury I had to take a leave of absence from.work and cancel my trip. Delta was amazing but Hawai'ian told me I had to go through Travomint to handle the refund. Travomint assured me they would take care of it. They did NOT take care of it. They did NOTHING. The only update I received was from the airline to let me know the flight time had changed. I am.pretty sure Chris and Alex run the company out of their bedroom in India. What a CRAP company. Avoid at all costs!
Edit:Ok. So they said [publicly] that they want to assist me with the refund and resolve the issue. Let's see. I responded with the information they asked for immediately upon seeing their response 4 hours ago. So far no email to me directly. We shall see if they mean it or they just responded publicly to save face.

"Travomint, especially Dua Ali, turned our family vacation to Bali into a hassle-free experience. She suggested an itinerary based on our preferences, booked flights and hotels at the best prices, and even arranged travel insurance. Everything went smoothly — it was like having a personal travel concierge!

The customer service agent Danny was really helpful and went out of his way to check for better prices when I explained that there was a family emergency

Recently i got my travel bookings done from Travomint. Mr. Allan was quite helpful, he made the booking process very seamless. I returned from mu trip to Singapore yesternight. So i thought of sharing my experience here

This agency deceived me as I booked a trip to India with family. After full payment was made, they suddenly demanded extra money ( quite significant amount), claiming the airline increased the fare — something never shown at checkout. When I pointed out that other agencies were charging far less and even sent them the comparisons, they still pressured me to pay more.

When I refused and requested a cancellation, they did not agree — leaving me with no choice but to pay the additional amount they demanded. Worst experience ever.

I later discovered many others reporting the same issue with Travomint — they are literally minting money by putting families in a position where they have no option. To make matters worse, their Dubai and Australia contact numbers are not genuine, making it impossible to reach them directly.

Unprofessional. Deceptive. Thuggish. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable agency instead.

Of all my travels, only this agency had the audacity to increase my airfare after I had already settled full payment. Imagine checking out, paying in full, and then receiving a WhatsApp message telling you to pay extra because the airline supposedly increased the price, why wasn’t that reflected in my final bill at checkout?

I requested cancellation since the added charge made them far more expensive than other agencies. They agreed to cancel, but afterwards completely ignored me. To this day, no tickets have been issued and no refund has been processed.

Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended. Better to book with other known agencies than risk this one.

I have booked flight tickets from Travomint, my experience is awesome. I would like to sincerely thank the Travomint Team.I found their staff is highly professionalism and made the entire process smooth. Genuinely appreciate their efforts and highly recommend their services!

They are scamming.
They lie and when someone asks for a supervisor, they say it is not available.
And not respect

Such a waist of time they were with me on the call for 2 hours and I had work such a waste of time after I gave them all the passenger information they told me there was no more seats even though they told me that they have preserved the seats after they said there’s no more it’s a scam website. Would never trust or go with them waist of time.

The website listed a price and time to complete, along with inclusion of carry on and 1 checked bag per ticket. After completing the transaction we got several calls, starting the flight doesn't include baggage, and to pay an additional $500 because of some error putting the blame on us despite being listed during the booking. We have pictures of the booking, the details, and payment completion, and had a very rude customer agent deny any wrong doing. When asking to be sent the agent notes in writing if there dis-service from the call they outright refused, and cancelled everything.
This is fraud, and bait and switch. The Price listed and paid online is a contract you failed to honor

I had very bad experience coordinating with Travomint with my booking. They took 2 days and were saying - you can talk directly to Airlines. Lastly they asked me to cancel the ticket and book new one.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with what has been, without a doubt, my worst booking experience to date. It is utterly unacceptable that after the initial booking process, your company seemingly "backs off," leaving customers feeling abandoned and their concerns unaddressed.

You stole my money and I will report it to the police. I found your deception and it will be reported in the evaluation as if you stole my money. You are scammers.

The customer representative Chris gone beyond to assist to obtain my air travel from SFO, Tokyo, Osaka and Seoul and back home. With less than month plan. Due to cancel plan trip in October. This is my 50 years wedding anniversary trip. He went all out to assist me, down to getting the seat assignment. Thank you Chris

Booked a flight using this 3rd party app, they accepted my payment suddenly the booking is pending/failure due to the SUDDEN changes of prices. It was not my problem/mistake because the charges were made and this is how you handle the situation. Refund will take 7-14days?! That is ridiculous.

I recently tried to book an airline ticket through Travomint’s website, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.

After filling out all the required information, the site abruptly displayed a “Payment Failed” message. Moments later, I received an email titled “Booking Failure – Reference ID xxxx.” There was no clear explanation of why the payment didn’t go through, nor any guidance on what to do next.

Customer Support & Follow‑Up (★☆☆☆☆)
Instead of a helpful follow‑up email or a single courtesy call, I was bombarded with repeated phone calls from Travomint agents. Despite telling multiple representatives that I did not want to proceed with the booking, the calls kept coming. The sheer frequency felt intrusive—borderline harassment.

Transparency & Communication (★☆☆☆☆)
The site never clarified whether any charges were attempted on my card, and I had to explicitly ask for reassurance that no payment had been processed. A simple, proactive confirmation would have gone a long way toward easing concerns.

Overall Experience (★☆☆☆☆)
Between the failed transaction, the lack of clear communication, and the relentless phone calls, my confidence in Travomint has been severely shaken. Until the company streamlines its payment system and adopts a more respectful, customer‑centric follow‑up approach, I cannot recommend using Travomint for travel bookings.

Bottom Line: Proceed with caution—or better yet, look elsewhere for a smoother, less stressful booking experience.

Jason has been a great help and has been a pleasure speaking with him.
He listened carefully to all what I needed for my flight and has made the best offer he could. He has also been very kind and has answer to all my doubts.
I highly recommend the service and his help.

I had a fantastic experience booking my airline ticket with Travomint. The staff was highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their services, making the entire process seamless. I spoke with June, Chris, and Damien, and they were all extremely helpful throughout. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my ticket due to personal reasons, and Jason handled it with great care and efficiency. His professionalism and support made all the difference.
