This is a shitty company that’s encouraging thief to sell on the platform. Buyer’s beware.
They stoles my $89 over a phantom, a phantom ODB. T Rasshop should be a shame.
I hope they all go to hell.

I placed an order through Traxs after seeing one of their ads on Facebook. The products looked appealing and the prices were too good to pass up. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems began.
After payment, I received no order confirmation, no shipping updates, and no response to multiple emails, calls, or messages. Weeks have passed and I still haven’t received anything. This company is completely unresponsive and appears to be running a scam.
They continue to advertise on social media, luring people in with fake promotions and never delivering the goods. It’s deceptive and unethical.
Do NOT buy from this site.
Report their ads. Warn others.

Made a purchase Oct 10th 2025 to this date never arrived, I have reported them as a fradulent company and to Law. Hope they get what the deserve.

fraudsters. After doing a little due diligence, it appears they're making up everything. Just running FB ads to sell air. Lying about the trust pilot profile.

I wrote their customer service to ask the lift capacity of their Liftmax single person lift. The response was that the information I requested was "on the website". I double checked and the lift capacity is not lifted? I think their CS is less than subpar.

They claim excellent reviews on Trust Pilot (4.8), but the reviews they claim are from Trust Pilot do not appear here. Buyer beware.

Their website shows a 4 star review from Trust Pilot. SCAM
