Trees Direct Ltd レビュー 

We ordered several trees from the team at the end of May 2025 including a Weeping Silver Birch and a Crab Apple tree. Unfortunately despite careful packaging these two trees were damaged by the courier. After confirming the damage, new trees were dispatched with a new courier and carefully managed into our garden to both stand front and centre. Shout out to Tori and Poppy in their responsiveness and tenacity in getting the damaged trees replaced and with us.

I ordered a robinia tree through Trees Direct.
The initial delivery was draught with issues from the carrier, TD we're responsive to my emails.
The tree that eventually arrived was not what was ordered, nor indeed belonged to TD. Despite this mix up with the carrier, TD offered to send another tree which promptly arrived and was in fantastic condition, and having been in the ground for a few weeks, is already starting to thrive.

It's easy to give 5 star reviews when things go smoothly, for me, seeing how a company react to issues is a real marker for customer service.

Waited over a week so I contacted them to track my order. Only to be told they couldn’t post to me due to “brexit” restrictions. Incompetence 100%

Great Service, we ordered some trees and all delivered fine and well packaged. Unfortunately one didn't grow and trees direct gave a very quick refund - will definitely use again - what great service even when things go wrong

I initially bought a bare rooted hawthorn this unfortunately did not survive the journey and planting, showing no signs of leaves/ buds when expected.
Sent email to customer service had a quick response and shortly after I have received a potted replacement
Will certainly use them again.

Wonderful ordering experience. My beautiful tree’s arrived in good time and I have to say super quality trees. Customer service was excellent . I am about to order more today such a great selection of native British trees.

I used Trees Direct when ordering several fruit trees. When I called I spoke to Tori who was lovely. She was so helpful and pointed me in the right direction regarding the right root stock. The trees arrived by 3rd party courier and were very well packed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Trees Direct and will be using them again very soon.

A joy to deal with Diana and colleagues. So helpful and knowledgeable. Our tree is stunning and will grow into something special. We will use this firm again

Excellent customer service and advise from this company , very helpful and personal, I was looking for a gift for a friend, when I described my needs a myrtle tree was suggested ,it was perfect and was delivered well packaged with care note and information about the myrtle ,
From start to finish this company was a pleasure to deal with and look forward to more purchases.

This 'company' is a joke. I called them with questions about their apple trees. Lady on the phone says just send an email, itt will be better to answer. Over a week no reply, so I call back. Then some lady again (never know if the same as they never introduced themselves) I told her I am waiting for a reply, she says just send the email to her email address then she will reply in 24 hours. This was on the 17th of February, today is the 25th. No reply whatsoever. Today I call in, the breaks up my sentence starting an argument on a bad tone, then she explains that it's a small company and they did not have time. So they could say this on the phone 2 weeks ago then maybe I am not wasting my time. Couldn't even make a purchase in over 2 weeks, customer service non existent, and they talk to you from a high horse like it was even normal what they do. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST.

Absolutely diabolical company. Placed an order in September with a delivery date for NOvember. Day before delivery they called say Tress were no ready due to the wet weather and could delivery be delayed until 4 December. I've sat in all day waiting for the delivery with no update form them. Having called they think they might pack the trees this week... and possibly deliver next week... The worst customer experience ever ... lets hope we get our trees are they just scammers

Ordered a rowan and every single branch was dead, including the lead branch apart from one. The leaves were also very dried and dieing as it had been in a lorry for seemingly a few days.

It has been almost a year and the tree has struggled. to the point where we will probably be replacing it next season.

Excellent personal service, from start to finish. My friends and I are enjoying the two beautiful trees, a lime and a mulberry, supplied by Trees Direct recently.
We were very pleased about all that they did for us. We much appreciated helpful telephone conversations, the detailed information and advice we were given, and the delivery. We would certainly recommend Trees Direct and hope to buy more of their trees in the future.

Trees arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and tape! Lots of broken young branches and the majority of young fruit fallen off.

Excellent product and service. Easy ordering, accurate delivery information and after-sales service. I ordered 4 trees, one didn't grow and was replaced, no quibbles, again with great comms and service. Highly recommended.

Had previously ordered 2 Hawthorn trees from another retailer. Both turned up battered and 1 was dead. Ordered a replacement from Trees Direct. The tree came really well packaged and looking super healthy. It also had a nice hang tag on it with detailed planting and care instructions. Good communication from the couriers.

I ordered a tree and picked a future Preferred delivery date as instructed on the website. I recieved in advance and on the day confirmation it would be delivered on my preferred day. It was not. At around 2pm I was emailed to say it would in fact not be delivered but would be delivered the next day. They use DX delivered exactly. It was not delivered and the tracking says delivered but still no tree. I have a camera at home so I'm certain no-one came. This time no email to say it would not be delivered and I'm still without my tree. I emailed earlier to ask why it says delivered by clearly has not but I a lm still awaiting a response. This service is very poor. The trees are not direct in the slightest and DX can clearly not deliver exactly. I wish I hadn't tried them for my purchase.

I am very greatful to your company for quality plants, speed of light delivery and the plants are very well packaged.

Really good service, first delivery failed as delivery driver couldn't see beyond his nose. But trees direct sorted it no problems at all.
