Mr. William Flavin was fantastic. Extremely informative and communicative between our attorney and us with what was needed. Although it took some time, not on Mr. Flavin’s part or the firm’s, he maintained his position in reassuring that he was committed to working his best to have a successful outcome for us. William called me regarding an online application, clearly he was at home I heard a crying baby the entire conversation, very unprofessional, made me uneasy, I would have preferred him deal with the baby first, didn’t like that to start off. Then I am fact checking my entire settlement as much as possible, I don’t trust people when they are too quick to make a buck off of people’s pain and suffering, lawyer included, I asked him to send me ALL the info that my lawyer sent him and he replied when he is in the office during business hours? Yeah right, his office is clearly at home and a simple forward takes not even a minute. My gut told me to cut it off even before I got an offer which by the way he was pressing regarding going with the company he works for, they will do this a that. I’m listening to my gut….

William rocks! He was on top of it, kept me informed thru the whole process, both texting & emails. I highly recommend this company & if you talk to William, I can assure you you are in the best hands!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Rory, deceived me by telling me I could get whatever I wanted. No call backs. Would not answer texts. Absolutely the worst. I luckily went with another company. Tried stringing me along with lies!

William was a lifesaver for me. My lawsuit was now dragging into years due to COVID and other factors. I desperately needed 2 medical treatments that were not covered by my health insurance. Although I did not get the full amount I was seeking, I did get enough to start my first treatment with the hope of obtaining enough funding for my second treatment as my case further progresses. Terrible experience with this company, would not recommend from the prospect of professionalism alone. I applied for a loan in early July and was contacted by Danielle, my lawyer sent them all the information the following day after I spoke to her. I did not hear back until I had to call for an update a week later. Called one more time received no answer, sent two e-mails that were responded to as “will get back to you after following up on your case” the last week of July and as of today still have not received a response. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional, would’ve respected it more if they flat out told me they couldn’t get me approved for whatever reason instead of having me wait with false hope I could get approved.
