Update #2. No one contacted me by phone or email ! I had to call Tribeca on November 19. I can prove this with my phone records. Also I would like to know why I was denied ? The exact reason ? My attorney said there was no issues with my claim. I heard from him this morning. Before I waste my time applying with other funding companies When they may deny me also. What's the reason I was denied ? $2000 seems quite small considering all BSA survivors are going to get something monetary. That's part of the bankruptcy reorganizing plan. Honestly I just needed help financially,I've had 6 back surgeries in the last 2 years.

Update: Why state you do BSA Funding if it's too difficult to do ? Why when I called and emailed Tribeca I was told twice Chris would call that day ? I live in Texas, abuse happened in a different state
You shouldn't have ask for my proof of claim if you couldn't do a loan.
No reference number given. Horrible experience. I filled out an application and sent in the necessary forms that they needed including my proof of claim(which has extremely sensitive and personal information) it was only asking for a relatively small loan. A week went by and haven't heard anything from him I've called him several times and they said so and so would call so and so would call and someone so never called. So I called him and I was told that I was denied. I wouldn't say why but they did give me a phone number to somebody else in New Jersey they said would help. Call that man he was quite irritated and not very pleasant he gave me the number of someone else who could help me. At that point I gave up I think this company is rude and is unacceptable in their customer service. It's fine that they didn't want to flow me the loan but what's not fine is I have to call them to be told no as they should have called me.

My name is Patrick an I contacted Tribeca when I found myself low on cash an in a desperate situation. I spoke to Danielle an Jay Friday morning. That afternoon John Cavalli emailed me with the information to collect the funds I needed. They helped me tremendously an treated my situation like it was their own. I'm forever grateful.

At first I was skeptical it was just me and my little girl was on the verge of being homeless who were the blessing in disguise they're good people are very courteous I feel compassion amongst everyone despite their situation and I feel like they had my money send out when I needed it on time there was no delay there was no misunderstanding there was no broken line of communication ever question every time I called they answered they greeted me with the polite voice and proceeded to help me the reason I felt it was a necessary to give individual names this company speaks for itself as a whole it is a family now we recommend them to anyone

My name is Terry and I have to say that after researching many avenues I had chosen to make a call to Tribeca.
Rory , the owner, answered my call and was honest and straight forward he then transferred me to Danielle.
You will not find a sweeter and professional person with any company.
Danielle took care of business , answered my questions and showed wonderful compassion to me as a person. Danielle told me that she would work hard to get me the help I needed and boy did she ever.
Within two days I had the help I needed.
Everybody has a unique situation and therefore there are no promises and for those of you writing bad reviews , shame on you.
You have a choice all the way though this process and it is in black and white. If you like it , accept it.
If you don't then just say thank you and move on.
Bad reviews show your childish ways.
Tribeca and Danielle are wonderful to work with and it never hurts to make the call.

Because of Covid-19, my lawsuit got pushed out another 4 months, making it 3.5 years since the accident. I needed another $10k which UpLift didn't want to provide. Rory got me another $7k to help me get back to work and have a chance of not being evicted while waiting for 4 more neck and back surgeries.

Although I feel I qualify for more...the money I received helped pay my bills

This is the second bloody time I have done this rating thing...if they send me another, I am going down a star for every new one that I get. When I could actually get a hold of the guy that I was assigned to, they were good. I mean, it's a con. You are selling more money for less. So, realize that. And realize that they guy that they assign you to might not answer your calls. Expect that and you will not be disappointed.

I mean as far as giving your money away to someone it is good.

They got me the money I needed in a very timely manner. I was able to register for college and still get my education at the price and benefits that I wanted.

I was not so happy about the high interest. Or the small amount they lined me. When all is said and done they will get more than twice what they lent. I they should have lent me more

This was definitely a program I had never heard of but found out about exactly when I needed it most. They actually saved my case.

My experience with Tribeca was a relief. They really came through for me and my family.

I have been very impressed through out my experience with this company. Golda was truly wonderful to work with. The manager she put me in touch with was very friendly and just made me feel like I mattered to them and they wanted my business. I would recommend them to everyone if your looking for a loan.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and speed with which my loan was handled. My only complaint is I couldn’t borrow more but I’m still very pleased with the service I received.
