Anthony Emmerson helped us get our first mortgage. As first time buyers, we had no idea what to do and Anthony led us all the way through the process which had more complications than we could imagine, including trying to explain our non-standard compensation arrangement to high street banks, dealing with an undervaluation of the property and handling delayed search indemnity. Anthony's advice was invaluable! He was always available when we needed him and didn't hesitate to dedicate more time to us when we wanted to speak. Also, Trinity's online portal is very neat and easy to use which helped us organise a large number of documents. Superb service and highly recommend!

I recently got a mortgage using Trinity as my broker and was very happy with the results. James provided helpful and considerate advice, and most importantly enabled me to get a mortgage which was just not possible going direct to a bank. Correll was great in assisting with the paperwork and making sure all our paperwork was in order.

All in all a very pleasant experience, especially as I found them using Money Saving Expert which meant that Trininty broker fee was waived :)

Lovely, friendly, approachable people. I was utterly clueless when I was steered towards Trinity but I was made to feel valued and that there was no such thing as a 'stupid' question (I'm sure there are though). They explained everything minus the jargon and it always felt like they were putting my wishes first. Thank you for making this a pain free process and genuinely saving my skin!

This year, I had the pleasure of also dealing with Georgia Hassell as Operations director. She was incredibly responsive and efficient and personable. Excellent service from David. Available. Quick responses. Flexible. My situation wasn’t the easiest and David took the time to double check with banks their conditions prior to get me my agreement in principle. Highly recommended. Mortgage was quick and easy, I was able to focus on the conveyancing part.
