Triplebyte gave me exposure to lots of great, interesting companies, and made it efficient to do so. I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, and was worried that the quality of either the companies or the roles would be low. However, I was wrong. I got exposure to a lot of breadth, and many of the companies were of high quality with very talented engineers. I was well supported, and felt cared for through the process. I'd highly consider using them again in the future.

I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care.

It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview.

They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.

The technical interview with Triplebyte was extremely helpful and the talent manager was great about ensuring I was ready for each step of the process.

This is my second time using Triplebyte. The first time through, I couldn't find the right match and accepted an external offer. They've since updated and personalized the process a bit, and provide enough information on company mission, size, funding, etc. that you don't waste any time screening. The Talent Managers will also provide as much or as little guidance as you like.

This time around, I ended up with a few great offers in just a couple of weeks. Overall, very smooth experience.

Try Triplebyte if you are looking for a software engineering job. It totally worth spending time on.

The interview is in-depth with useful and actionable feedback. On top of that, a single online interview gets you multiple on-site interviews with top-notch companies. My talent manager was wonderful and guided me through every step of the process.

Best resource by far I found to look for an engineering job. The process is really well done, the user experience of the website is top notch, but best of all you go through 1 technical interview, and within 2 weeks I got phone interviews with 8 different companies I was interested in. Quite the contrast with the tens of applications via LinkedIn or Glassdoor which triggered barely more phone interviews spanning over a couple of months.

I went through the process with TripleByte end it was actually quite good. The interview covered the topics that you would see in a normal interview. And I was provided with a lot of feedback that I could use to help me get better at interviewing. I was also exposed to a lot of different companies that I had never heard about or seen in my normal job search. I talent manager was very good at explaining things to me and all in all it was a very good experience.

Instead of spending my time sending out a million resumes and trudging through phone screens, I used Triplebyte. Triplebyte made it easy to fill up my calendar with high quality companies and teams where there was an already acknowledged mutual interest. Further, they provided me with an awesome Talent Manager who helped me navigate the entire process.

I wasn't 100% sure what exactly I was looking for when I began my interview process, and their Talent Manager helped me narrow down my preferences. Further, he opted in to being my own personal cheerleader. Even for companies I interviewed with that Triplebyte hadn't found me (mainly FANGs), he checked in with me on the process, wished me luck on important interview days, and celebrated my successes with me.

A process that usually feels isolating, frustrating, and inspires intense imposter syndrome for me instead was straight-forward, relatively easy, and felt like a group project :)

Ultimately I chose Google over the WONDERFUL company Triplebyte found for me...but only because of the Google prestige. I would have NEVER found the company Triplebyte linked me up with myself and if Google hadn't come through I would've been very, very happy to go with Triplebyte found company. Great company, great team, great package (Google competitive package from publicly traded company, so don't assume Triplebyte is only doing start-ups!).
