Triplebyte has done an incredible job in streamlining job hunting and hiring for software engineers. I did a short online quiz and then a 2 hour interview over Google Hangout with 4 technical sections and after that I was presented with 10s of companies in Bay Area, NY, and Seattle (I did a wide search). The companies then reach out to you and after filtering few of them and narrowing my job hunt further, I ended up with 4 onsite visits (expenses covered by TB) and a great offer. Triplebyte saves candidates hours and hours of phone screening, phone interviews, and sending out resumes. Instead, you skip all that and go to onsite. Everyone at Triplebyte is very professional with excellent communication and support throughout the entire process. If you are a software engineer and looking for new opportunities look no further.

After comes the company matching where there is a fit call and if so, an onsite is scheduled.

Along the way you are paired with a talent manager who is extremely talented and knowledgeable to help guide you through the process.

Took the Triplebyte quiz almost on a whim, interviewed on another day and within no time had serious phone interviews and onsite interviews lined up. Using Triplebyte is quite honestly the best decision I've made in my life. Through their process I got multiple job offers from several top companies and managed to secure a career at age 19 despite having no professional work history and no college degree. They evaluate you purely on talent and don't have any degree or resume requirements, meaning all you have to do is show them you can code. They give you your own talent manager who guides you through the process, giving advice and information where necessary. They covered my cross-country flight, hotel, and transportation for the interviews which allowed me to accept on site interviews that I otherwise couldn't have. I would without a doubt recommend their process to any and everyone looking for a career in software development.

Genuinely great experience. Triplebyte’s hiring process is absolutely top notch; having sat on the other side of the table myself quite a few times, I was stunned at the obvious efficacy of both their quiz and their 1-on-1 2-hour technical interview. No fluff, it’s immediately clear how what you’re being interviewed for affects your skills as a software developer, and the process after passing is as seamless as promised!

(PS you still have to do normal on sites at the end of the process. It may be abbreviated, but you still need to know, practice, or learn how to do a traditional technical interview.)

Scheduling, traveling and accommodation for interviews outside the home city were completely managed by them. So I could focus completely on preparing for the interview.

You get detailed and honest feedback of what are your strong and week areas after the interview. This was extremely helpful to know the areas I should focus on.
