Overall it was a great experience, everyone was very helpful and I got a lot of interest from many different companies. I will definitely use Triplebyte in the future!

My overall experience with Triplebyte was smooth and quick. The coding interview was great because I got real feedback on what I did right and wrong and where I can improve. From there, the process of getting pitch calls to doing on-site interviews all happened within the span of two weeks or so. I'd say make sure to have a clear schedule for at least 3-4 weeks out if you are going to start the Triplebyte process. Lastly, my talent manager, Kevin Landucci, did a great job of being proactive and helping me at every step along the way. I really enjoyed the entire Triplebyte process and landed a really great job from it. I would definitely reach out to Triplebyte in the future if I ever want to explore other opportunities. Try out Triplebyte, you might find a really great job that you never considered!

As long as you manage your expectations, you will have a good experience. They're great at getting you interviews with companies, but what happens after the interview is entirely up to the company (because Triplebyte doesn't send out people to force companies to hire you at gunpoint). Will absolutely use them again when the time comes.

I was concerned that they didn't have remote as an option but, there were plenty of companies ready to embrace that desire and make it work. The TripleByte team was first class and the companies were quick, responsive and respectful. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

Triplebyte is awesome, hands down. The entire process was super smooth. They basically just take all of the terrible parts out of interviewing, sending in resumes, trying to get referrals, endless phone screens, etc. And they're really on your side throughout the entire process - they're batting for you in terms of negotiating salary etc.

The only thing that I wish was better was if the big names were on there - Google, Facebook etc. There are some small teams of Apple/Uber that seem to be hiring on there but not that many; and a lot of the companies are these pretty small startups that don't seem that unique, to be honest. But it's not a big deal since you can just match with the ones you are interested in, and the company I ended up with is a ~1k-person unicorn that I'm super excited about.

I heard about Triplebyte from Reddit and decided to take their quiz. I thought the quiz was challenging but not overly difficult. After completing the quiz, I was contacted by a Talent Manager at Triplebyte who was helpful in describing the Triplebyte process and answering my questions. Around 15 companies expressed interest in me and I had phone calls with 3 of them. In the end, I decided to not move forward with any on sites because I had changed my mind on moving to NYC (I'm currently based in a city without a Triplebyte presence).

Even though the process did not result in a hire, it was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Triplebyte to all of my developer friends.

TripleByte treats their candidates very well. They have many resources to offer during each phase of the job hunting process. They provide great study material for both coding questions, and system design.
They ask about the types of companies you'd be interested in and take care to match your preferences to interesting companies on their platform. They assign you a talent manager who meets with you regularly to help you meet your objectives and to give you advice. They book your interviews, and cover your travel expenses.

Triplebyte's process was fair, incredibly convenient and incredibly easy to use. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but the idea of streamlining the interview process is really attractive. And I decided that I'll give it go. Man, was that challenging. It tested me to the core and covered all aspects of software development. But after that it was a breeze. I spent a week in the bay area talking to different companies with a dedicated talent manager guiding me along the way. I was given an amazing treatment and I walked away landing an amazing job. All-in-all, excellent service but only if you can make it through screening process!

Triplebyte was very helpful in my job search. After a 2 hour initial screen they put me in touch with many interesting companies at various stages that wanted to pitch to me! Triplebyte even organized a trip to the SF Bay Area to interview at 5 companies from my selection and I received offers from some of these companies. Although I ultimately went with an opportunity outside of their platform I will definitely be using them again next time I'm exploring opportunities.
