Triplebyte worked exactly as advertised and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a job.

I've been a client of triplebyte. I like their process and I think it is effective for both the individual and the hiring company. Their prescreening is tough but it gets you a direct line to the companies. It beats sending out resumes and hoping you hear something back.

I worked with Triplebyte to get on-site interviews in the Bay Area, which in turn led to 3 offers.

The experience was seamless and amazing. Their technical interview felt a lot closer to assessing my skills as a developer than most of the whiteboard algorithm sessions I've done before. They are really on to something with their approach to assessing engineers. They provided very good feedback on the areas that I should work on after that technical screening, as well as resources to help me improve. This includes sending me a copy of Cracking the Coding Interview through the mail.

Once the companies with whom I wanted to proceed to on-site interviews were selected, Triplebyte took care of everything, from scheduling all on-sites within the time period that fit my schedule, booking flights and booking a great hotel. I never had to put any cash forward. They also provided me with a very responsive Talent Manager who offered guidance throughout the process.

I now have a great job in the Bay Area. :)

I would recommend Triplebyte to any engineer out there. Their product and service is already great, and I expect it to only get better!

TripleByte's process is the most fair option that I am aware of when it comes to evaluating programming ability. Their company matching and interview coordinating platform is excellent. Acquiring 5 onsite interviews using the TripleByte platform was painless and the overall experience was awesome!

TripleByte provided one of the most humane interview processes that I’ve ever encountered. By front loading and consolidating a lot of the busywork associated with software engineering interviews, I was able to focus a lot more on the teams I’d working with and the problems that they’re solving.

Great resource for preparing for interviews. It’s much faster to apply to companies outside the platform, though.

Good experience, landed me an excellent job in the Bay area. If I was doing it again, I'd be a bit more selective, as I overwhelmed myself by maxing out on pitch calls / on-sites.

Incredibly Valuable for Job Seekers
Interviewing for software jobs is a particularly pain-staking & time-consuming experience. It was a huge relief to skip a bunch of intermediary interview steps. The extensive feedback from the Triplebyte interview is super valuable on its own. I felt very well-supported by my talent manager and enjoyed the clarity of the process. It's icing on the cake that they handle travel and onsite scheduling for you.

The overall experience is fantastic! They provide detailed feedback after their interviews, which is really helpful especially to new grad like myself. During the process, the talent manager is very responsive and considerate, and the scheduling of pitch calls and on-sites is really convenient through Triplebyte. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who feels job hunting exhausting.

Great experience with this company. Thought it was too good to be true, but they really set you up and expedite the process. The talent manager was amazingly helpful and it feels nice going through the onslaught of interviews feeling like you have somebody on your team. Although I only had a few companies reach out to me, (I presume due to my lack of professional experience) I was able to accept a great offer with a company in my dream location. Highly recommend.

After passing the online quiz and the 2 hour technical interview, I got 33 phone interview requests from companies, of which I accepted 12 and proceeded to 7 on-site interviews. Having so many options and no technical questions in the phone interviews really helped get me into the mindset of finding a mutual fit and evaluating companies as much as they were evaluating me.

Throughout the whole process Triplebyte and my talent manager provided extensive resources and advice and were very helpful. I ended up accepting a great offer from one of my preferred choices and am very happy. It's a little more work than the ads suggest but still overall an awesome process compared to the typical methods.

It was really good and Bryan was really nice person to work with.

Once you pass the assessment from Triplebyte, you will get very detailed feedback from database, network, web development, and coding and how to improve them.

And you also would get a talent manager to help you with the hiring process from matching with companies to negotiation. The whole process is shortened to about two to three weeks from matching a company to get offers.

Triplebyte is pretty helpful in the job hunting process.

I’ve never felt more desired in the job search. I ended up interviewing with a ton of great companies and got a series of great offers. I was able to basically get my dream job and I got a massive salary boost. The only “bad” part was finding so many great companies and having to pick between them.

I would say “I will recommend Triplebyte in the future”, but I already started recommending them before I was done. The process was so great from start to finish, I knew the outcome would be fantastic.

I will definitely be back for my next job search.

I'm a senior software engineer, 9+ yoe. Decided to take the online test to learn more about TripleByte. It was challenging but fun (probably a little hard for junior engineers). Then I was invited to take the technical screening with a TB associate. That one felt like a real onsite interview with a company, 1hr long coding session, followed by another hour round of technical questions about software development in general and specifics about web development, javascript, security.
After being accepted as a TripleByte Generalist Software Engineer I got TONS of interview request from companies in my area. The experience was just incredible, because I could select only the ones that looked interesting to me.
The process with each company was really straightforward, if both parties think there is a fit for the job, the candidate is invited to the onsite interview.
Overall great experience, I'm really happy I joined and I'm thankful of TB for what they're doing.

Finally a recruiting platform built with developers in mind.

Before anything happens they confirm, in person, that you actually know your stuff. And provide honest and real feedback on how you did.

While sadly I did not get a job through this platform I would highly recommend you try it if you are sick of sending resumes to the void and want to try something new.

Excellent way to discover (many) new companies that are solving interesting problems and are interested in working with you -- and to get hired at some of those companies.
