Leider muß die Qualität in Frage gestellt werden
Wir haben diese TTT in 2024 direkt vom Hersteller bezogen. Derweil haben wir unserem Camper weiter ausgebaut, und im letzten Sommer konnten wir die TTT benutzen. Wir waren insgesamt in 2025 ca 6 Wochen mit Unterbrechungen unterwegs. Zum einen lief im Frühjahr d.J. Der Urin daneben, wir haben es erst bemerkt als wir den Kanister leeren wollten. Alles daneben gelaufen, das Sieb war abgefallen. Eine Gummidichtung haben wir nicht gesehen. Inzwischen löst sich auch der Brillenring vorn auf. Er splittert. Alles in allem schlechte Qualität. TROBOLO ist der Meinung, das sie da nichts machen können. Keine Gewährleistung. Da durch die Nutzung der TTT Abnutzungen entstehen würden sei normal. Die Brille können wir nicht austauschen, weil TROBOLO das Programm geändert hat. Es gibt also nichts passendes mehr. Stattdessen sollen wir neu kaufen. Ich kann nur raten, lasst es sein. Der Kundenservice ist grottenschlecht. Die lassen einen mit dem Problem alleine mit dem bitteren Beigeschmack, der Kunde hat Fehler gemacht.

ordered and made a mistake with the delivery address. Called the company and the guy said oh you'll have to wait until it's returned to us. All he had to do was contact DHl and change the address but he wouldn't do that.

Ero molto convinto di aver fatto l'acquisto giusto, e ancora lo sono ma esclusivamente perchè non ci sono alternative migliori sul mercato a questo prezzo per il momento e non perchè il prodotto sia buono. Ci sono vari problemi su come il wandago è stato sviluppato. 1 la pee va spesso nel contanitore della poo a meno che non si stia davvero molto attenti sul proprio "flusso". questo è un grosso problema dato che tutta l'idea del prodotto è proprio quella di separare le due cose. Poi c'è quel coperchio della Poo che per essere rimosso richiede la rimozione totale della seduta (?!?!) cosa che lo rende davvero scomodo da usare dato che il coperchio va rimosso e poi nuovamente messo ogni volta che si usa...cioè smontare tutto ogni volta non è proprio una genialata.

Poi il servizio clienti...la guarnizione arrivatami con il wandago era chiaramente difettosa ma inizialmente mi era stata negata la sostituzione e ho dovuto insistere molto e fargli vedere le differenze tra le immagini del sito e quella che mi è arrivata per convincerli.

Boh, Trebolo sicuramente sparirà in futuro appena arriverà un competitor con degli ingegneri migliori..per ora me lo tengo in attesa che quel momento arrivi

Je tiens à féliciter le service clients de cette entreprise qui s'est décarcassée avec un de leurs revendeurs (dont je ne citerai pas le nom mais qui a un rapport avec les moutons) afin que je puisse obtenir le réhausseur (erreur dans la livraison du produit commandé). Les démarches ont duré deux mois !

J'ai vraiment apprécié les échanges par e-mails et le résultat obtenu.

Quant au WC TROBOLO Wandago (avec son réhausseur) il remplace avantageusement le WC chimique qui était livré de série dans mon van et que j'ai revendu.
Il tient dans le placard et c'est plus écologique (esprit vanlife)
Il est préférable de commander directement sur le site TROBOLO que je recommande.

Bestelde twee maand geleden een trobolo bloom twv 500€. Ik heb ze na Drie weken beschadigd ontvangen . Meteen retour gestuurd. We zijn een maand verder en geen enkele update van de klantenservice! Nog geen nieuwe ontvangen! Kan echt niet. Nooit bestel ik hier nog ietsi

We bought a toilet for Trobolo and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it did arrive with a bit of damage to the unit (most probably from transit).
I contacted Trobolo about this, and they very speedily replied with a an apology and the option to either: return the unit for a full refund or, keep the unit and get a partial refund.
We opted for the second option and again very speedily this was put into effect.
Shame the product arrived damaged, but top marks for their speedy response and solution to the problem.

I paid £499 for a great looking composting toilet.When it arrived it just wasn't suitable and didn't really live up to expectations. I returned the unused toilet in its original packaging immediately at my own cost.They received it according to the tracking number on 5th of May.They couldn't find it.Eventually they did find it and my refund would be processed.This was May 18th.Still nothing and I've emailed twice since then and keep saying it's being processed. STILL NOT REFUND...!

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I purchased a plastic potty/toilet from them for £179, so this was not a cheap item. When it arrived, it was far too small for me due to my joint issues — I physically cannot bend down that low to use it.

I contacted the company straight away to arrange a return, and the process has been unbelievably difficult and frustrating from start to finish.

Their first response was basically saying that if the item had been used, they could not accept a return due to hygiene reasons. That is understandable, but instead of immediately making assumptions, maybe ask the customer first whether it has actually been used or not. Mine was never used. I simply opened the box, looked at it, realised it was too small, and packed it straight back up.

Then they sent me a link where I literally had to sign a contract just to return the item. A contract… to return a plastic toilet. I’m not buying a car — it’s a potty. The whole process felt completely excessive and unnecessarily complicated.

There was also almost no clear information about the return itself, so I had to contact them again, only to be told that I had to pay the return shipping costs upfront and they would supposedly reimburse me later. By this point the whole experience had become so frustrating and stressful that it honestly feels designed to put people off returning items altogether.

To make matters worse, they only allow 14 days for returns, and because the company is based in Poland, the entire process becomes even more awkward and time-consuming.

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before ordering from this company, especially if there’s any chance you may need to return the item. I am now stuck with a £179 plastic toilet that I physically cannot use.

I bought a Trobolo Wandago portable composting toilet for my camper van and have been using it as my main toilet for several weeks to test it out and get used to it. Overall I'm very pleased with it, it's a good balance of quality, portability and cost.
The Wandago comes with a stand that lets you raise it up to a normal toilet height even though the unit packs down very compact, and this is well worth the extra cost. The urine bottle is self sealing so it doesn't spill. I'm using dried coffee grounds as mulch and the unit doesn't smell (except when it's opened, when I get a whiff of coffee). More expensive composting toilets have fans but I don't see any need for a fan with the Wandago and I like having fewer moving parts and no need for electricity.
Overall it's well built, and well thought out. However there is room for improvement on the urine bottle which is hard to empty fully. The last bit doesn't pour out; I have to rinse it several time and hold it upside down which is fine in the garden but less good in an indoor environment.
The seat unit has to be removed to empty the Wandago, and again, this could maybe be improved. It's a little fiddly to replace and I am not sure how durable it will be as I have to remove and refit it daily.
Neither of these issues is a deal breaker for me and I appreciate the fact that the lid clips down firmly so smells are contained, and I feel the unit can be moved safely (great on a trip).
Having previously lived with a conventional chemical toilet, I think the Wandago is much better. The separation of urine from solids means you can easily empty the bottle daily, and the fact you don't need water to flush makes the whole thing easier to maintain. As someone who isn't very muscular, I appreciate that I can empty it without having to carry 20 kilos of sewage. Instead, I putter around the garden with a watering can distributing the nitrogen, and one could easily pour the urine into a sewage point instead.
The solids bin is too small for material to compost inside it, but it's fine for a trip. I put a bed of sawdust in first and then empty it into a compost bin in the garden. The Wandago came with a roll of plastic bags for the solids bin but I don't want to use those, on principle that this is a unit for making compost, not landfill. Again, the small, manageable bin is a good compromise for a portable unit.

Super fast delivery, toilet seems robust, haven’t had the need to use yet hence only 4 stars so far.

Zero customer service, "leave a message and we'll get back to you" yeh right,
Urinal part is terrible and backs up not allowing the urine to drain into the tank.
Beyond poor product and even worse service. AVOID is my opinion, read other reviews too

Wir haben uns bewusst für TROBOLO entschieden und dabei eines der teuersten Modelle gekauft, in der Erwartung, ein durchdachtes, ausgereiftes und zuverlässiges Produkt zu erhalten. Leider wurden wir massiv enttäuscht.
Das zentrale Problem der Toilette ist die konstruktiv mangelhafte Verbindung zwischen Toilette (Trenneinsatz/Ablauf) und Urinkanister.
Trotz korrekter Montage exakt nach Anleitung, sorgfältigem Einsetzen des Kanisters und sehr bewusster Nutzung kommt es immer wieder dazu, dass Urin am Übergang überläuft bzw. seitlich austritt. Das ist nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern absolut inakzeptabel bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse.
Besonders ärgerlich:
Dieses Problem ist kein Einzelfall. Eine kurze Recherche zeigt zahlreiche Erfahrungsberichte anderer Nutzer, die exakt dasselbe schildern – unabhängig vom Modell und unabhängig davon, wie sorgfältig der Kanister eingesetzt wird. Das deutet klar auf ein grundsätzliches Konstruktionsproblem hin.
Dass man bei einer hochpreisigen Trenntoilette gezwungen ist,
selbst nachzudichten,
mit Dichtbändern oder Eigenlösungen zu experimentieren,
und permanent Sorge vor Auslaufen zu haben,
ist schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Eine solche Nachrüstung darf bei diesem Preisniveau nicht notwendig sein.
Zusammengefasst:
❌ Undichter Übergang zwischen Toilette und Urinkanister
❌ Wiederholtes Überlaufen von Urin trotz korrekter Nutzung
❌ Weit verbreitetes, bekanntes Problem
❌ Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt
Wir sind extrem enttäuscht und verärgert. TROBOLO wirbt mit Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und durchdachtem Design – dieses grundlegende Problem widerspricht dem vollständig.
So können wir das Produkt leider nicht weiterempfehlen

The portable composting Toilet worked well for 8 weeks. After this it began leaking everywhere and backing up. After trying to get support and spending a long time sending pictures to the support team, nothing was done to help in the end and they said returns are not possible. So I'm stuck with a broken toilet and down 150 euros. Do not recommend.

Absolute shambles of a company. Still waiting on an order placed 10 weeks ago. No communication for £2k+. Avoid them like the plague.

I have tried to get in touch with the Trobolo team for 2 weeks now regarding a very expensive toilet system I’ve bought which hasn’t been delivered. I expected a team which claims to support its users to do better than this but this is where we stand. I will happily update my review once this issue has been resolved but it’s just been seriously disappointing up until now.

When issues occurred they helped tremendously. The toilet is sturdy and great for our needs.
