I have been working with this coaching service for the past 4 months, and the results have been fantastic. Jake and Troy are absolutely phenomenal. They are incredibly responsive through messages, but what sets them apart is their holistic approach. They don't just care about my physical success; they genuinely care about me as a person and my interests outside of fitness. Because of this unparalleled personal investment and the massive progress I've seen, I have already committed to a second session of training with them. I know that they are going to take me to places I could only have imagined. If you want coaches who invest in you as a whole person, look no further than Jake and Troy!

Troy is amazing! His program is well-defined and easy to follow. He’s very supportive and motivating…and he doesn’t mix words if you’re not pulling your weight. This is exactly what I need. I’ve been working with Troy just for just two months now and In that time I’ve already lost 10kg and looking the best I’ve ever looked, this is my first time working with a coach and it was something I never really thought I would do. Fantastic Coaching! Between Troy and Jake, I have been supported and had the most successful weight loss journey of my life since September 2025, Trojan has genuinely been life-changing for me, and has actually helped me improve both my physical and mental health. I first started with Troy in May of 2026, I had seen some of his posts on social media and how to do certain workouts to target specific muscle groups, I had no knowledge or baseline to work off of and I reached out after a few weeks of me going to the gym on my own, we had a consultation and I decided I wanted to do this to better myself and my life, working with the team has been awesome and I am very glad that I did make that decision to join, everyone has been very helpful and supportive so thank you again.

I was very worried about trusting an online coach but Troy has been incredible from the start and I am incredibly grateful for how much he has helped me. He created a tailored plan that worked for me and my busy lifestyle and allowed me to have an input when things didn't work. He never missed a weekly check in and regularly messaged through the week to see how I was doing. He has helped me understand how to achieve the goals I set in the fitness world and recently helped me step out of my comfort zone and do a photoshoot to show the result of 3 years of progress. Troy cares about his clients a lot and wants to see them all succeed. He's not just a great coach but a great person who is warm and friendly to talk to. Great tailored approach to exercise and meals. If I didn’t like something - there was an alternative. Weekly check-ins were great. The weeks I felt down the coach, Jake, was very encouraging and motivating. I learned a lot about nutrition and my body and tried out different things as a result of the program so now I have a good idea where “to go next” with my fitness journey. Would definitely recommend

Just come to the end of my 3 months programme with Trojan, Troy and jake are undoubtedly brilliant at what they do, so much so im about too sign back up again, the support is unreal and they are always there for you, highly recommend, at the age of 46 im now in the best shape I've literally ever been in
