I had some money troubles for a few months and Troy being the top guy he is help by suspending my subscription until I had git sorted out. You don't get service like this from other coaches.

Brilliant coach, Troy really helped me to stay motivated whilst I was travelling and struggling to keep on track! I constantly needed my workouts/meal plan changed to suit different situations which was never a problem and always done so quickly.
I always felt like I could ask any time I had a question or needed help and I would get a reply so quickly.

My experience with Troy was so helpful couldn’t recommend him more helped me so much with my weight loss journey and he’s so helpful really fast reply help me feel confident in my self thanks Troy

I wanna give five full stars to troy of his compansion to keep up with his clients on weekly check-ins. Plus of the great workout and food program. And now he has developed new and FREE cook books for us to let us make more heatly and tasty foods so we would course of track. My time with Troy has been amazing, loved every single bit of it. Sadly it has to now end for a while but I’ll be back!

When I contacted Troy in October last year, I was trying a fitness and diet regime, thinking I was doing everything right but not getting the results I wanted. Not only did Troy helped to find tune both of these aspects, but having a coach like him brings a level of accountability and support that makes it almost impossible not to succeed. If you feel like you're stuck in a rut with your fitness or you truly just want to take things to the next level, it's an absolute no brainer

I've been with Troy since November 2022 and it's been nothing but an upward trajectory ever since I started with him. I've definitely seen progress and been feeling better than ever before. Troy is one of the best out there, keeps track of everything that you do in terms of workouts, check-ins, your weight etc. You will not regret it if you decide to join his program!

Troy has been amazing. He is very supportive and is always there to help in making sure I stayed on track.If there was an event/ family gathering he always reminded to talk beforehand to try not to go over calories. In the case where I did go over he was very understanding and didn’t make a big deal out of it and just tried to help focus on the following week so I didn’t gain more weight.As for meal plans the food was amazing and had simple recipes.If I got tired of the same recipes he would add new ones.For workout plans he had already made the workout splits for me with a variety of workouts to do with demonstration.Troy in my weight loss journey has been a huge help by going through his plan.

Troy is a legend, Investing in Troy’s programme is the best choice I’ve made in a long time, In just 11 weeks I’ve lost 21kg and I’m feeling better than I have in a while. Don’t hesitate, just go for it.
