The product itself is absolutely amazing and so well made. Along with this is the company itself and their team. I was provided some of the best customer service I have ever had and immediately helped with my issue they went above and beyond to fix.

Meh. Bamboo came with predrilled holes that did not align with the holes on the legs. Had to rig it up and it was still wobbly. The mat and dog bowls are nice. Hopefully we get refunded for the bamboo stand.

Not as good as the original product I purchased via kickstarter under the old owners, yet it’s $50 more. The water bowl bottom is thin and makes a popping sound when there’s a sudden temperature change to it like when washing with warm water or adding cold water for my dog to drink. I’ll keep this and use it but I would not buy another nor recommend it to others anymore.

I have been trying to contact you for 2 weeks and haven’t had a response. Are you still in business?

Product was damaged upon opening and trying to get an exchange/refund has been impossible. I have contacted the help email several times and the chat as well. I had one response after my first email saying they would look at pictures (which I sent) then they would contact me. It’s been over 2 weeks without a response.

The product is really nice and sturdy, and the order arrived at a reasonable timeframe.

I contacted customer service to return damaged product. I was told I would be contacted by email with the return directions and I have received no email with the return directions.

Would’ve rated a 10/10 but I have now reached out to this company twice with no response back. Very frustrating.

Do not buy from these THIEVES! Nobody from “Customer Service” will not respond. This BS that somebody replies to these 1 STAR Reviews and comes back and says that you need to respond reply to hello@trotpets and they will respond, is complete and utter BS!!
I returned two products unused for a refund, they will send you a return label, collect the unused products and steal your money. This company is a complete SCAM and horrible to do any reasonable business with! They just don’t and will not respond. Stay away, this is the worst Customer Service you can expect, you’ll have to formalize the complaint/dispute, with your credit card company to retrieve your funds and provide all emails and documentation so they can go after them! Did I mention prior that they are thieves, complete thieves, stay away!!
They are New Jersey’s finest thieves, their day will come, so help me God!

I cannot stress enough how horrible, horrible, horrible, this business is… as well as their terrible unethical business practices are, that they adhere to!! Read all of their “1” STAR Reviews concerning their lack or complete un-responsiveness and you’ll understand!

I purchased two sets from this company. One of the bowls had minor damage and a small stain on the mat. The other set has a warped place mat and the bowl constantly slides around because of it. I emailed trot immediately March 15th and have not heard back still. Even messaged them on instagram. Disappointing to spend $320 on dog bowls for service like this. Will not recommend this company or their products.

I ordered a set when it came the wood was broken asked for a replacement the replacement came and still cracked wood and it doesn’t fit so it wobbles (one leg is higher than the other) poor quality and poor communication. I’ve emailed numerous of times with no response. I’m trying to return the faulty product and can’t. Do not buy.

Product has been great thus far. No issues and shipping was fast and easy. Our dog loves the new setup with water bowl and puzzle bowl. Just enough to slow her down but she still can get all the food!
We will likely order another one for taller dog if taller size available.

I genuinely am obsessed with this brand and the products I purchased. I wanted a slow feeder food bowl that was stainless steal, the magnetic bottom keeping the bowls in place is genius and I love that they are dishwasher safe. The mat makes it looks really sleek.

I love this product and wanted one for my collie mix forever. It is wonderful. Four stars because it is unreasonably expensive. I would love to by another but could barely justify the one even on sale.

Customer service was great! After I ordered the wrong size legs which made the table too high for my dog, they immediately sent me the 3" legs at no additional cost.

I loved them they are so beautiful and I love the color I picked the only thing I would say is that when you are putting the stand together 2 of the 4 legs it has when I was done building the stand together 2 of the 4 legs is kind of wobbly but it was still tight but just a little wobbly but other than that the stand turned out great and I'm honestly not too concerned of that part of it because it turned out looking amazing and it actually made my dog eat slower since I was searching for a slow feeder bowl that looked fancy with a stand and a mat and this set caught my attention and I don't regret buying them at all and my dog loved them Thank you so much trot pets these are so beautiful and adorable.

Excellent customer service and quality product. I ordered the tallest feeder in white. When it came, the white mat was warped. I reached out to the company and another one was shipped out that day. Customer service was quick and efficient! I couldn’t get it over how quick shipping wise. I got it two days after buying it.

You guys are fantastic. I’m keeping me informed of my order. I appreciate that because I’ve never ordered clothing that wasn’t new.
