I purchased the single slow feed bowl and mat hoping my puppy wouldn't be able to pick the bowl up and flip it. I placed it down in front of her and she immediately picked the bowl up off the magnetic mat and flip it.

Love the color quality and height! Going to order 2 more!

The quality is amazing and its so easy to clean. The added movement makes the lick mat more interactive for my dog. Highly recommend purchasing for your pup.

where do i begin?! first i ordered the bowl. my dog pushed it every which way so i spent $50 more to order the mat, which my dog now pushes everywhere (with the bowl attached to). she is also able to push the bowl off of the mat which just goes to show how ineffective the entire system is. but mostly, the mat is totally useless. and now i have two items to wash and clean!

these products were an absolute waste of money, time and effort. i am so disappointed.

The bowls , actually ALL, products are very expensive. Bowl: GREAT BECAUSE STAINLESS STEEL. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
However, the exterior color is not durable, within a few months the exterior color began coming off. We have 2 dogs, +/- 38 pounds. They eat their food as soon as we put it out for them. As soon as they’re done, we pick up the bowl and fill it with warm water & Ecos dish soap, let it soak for a bit, and wash gently with a soft sponge or natural fiber bristle brush. Dry with a cotton towel. Food gets trapped in the abrupt angle between bowl base and vertical raised shapes. These appear to be die stamped - which is a great idea but the transition should be a more gentle curve, not a seamed right angle.

The trotpets bowls are a great find. I’ve been telling all of my pet owning friends. I bought separate stands/bowls. Water and a slow feeder. Our Frenchie loves them, easy clean, dishwasher safe, the bowls are held in place with a raised circle on the mat which fits into the bowl bottom. Fantastic!

Bowls are great quality. Puppy use to pick up her bowls and chew on them. She’s unable to do that now. Only two complaints are the color and the rim of the mat. The coral pink really isn’t pink, it’s really just a light orange. Our dog is also able to puck up the mat by biting the edge. Wish it was more rounded off.

These dishes are great. I like that the dog can’t move them around and spill food and water all over the place.

Love the quality of the product and it looks nice and clean. Our old bowls took up so much space in the kitchen. These bowls and stand are much more compact. The bowls are easy to clean and the 12 inches inch stand is perfect for our pup.

Let me start by saying I love these bowls. I only wish the water dish was bigger in the medium size. The slow feeder bowl is the perfect size for my medium size dog but we are filling the water up what feels like, ALL THE TIME! Otherwise, these bowls are the best. My sister recommended them to me and I will be passing the recommendation on to other dog owners!
Ps. Would love to see a gold/copper option instead of just silver with the colors!

Really nice dog bowls, high quality and easy to clean!

I love this bowl for my olde English bulldog. She was getting a red chin from her name brand slow feeder, apparently even BPA free plastic can cause skin issues from them rubbing against it. So we bought this and the elevated stand. First off - it is super stylish and I love that. Secondly, her chin is getting better. One wish is that there were more 'slow-feed' inner patterns to choose from, to switch it up. All in all - love it! Would buy again. I am the 3rd neighbor in a row to have these bowls now.

The bowl came in really fast. In keeping with the quality of their products, the service is just as good.

The color wasn't available in the stand, bowl tray combo so I emailed customer care and they pieced it together for me and got my order completed. 2nd Trot bowl I have had!

We have a new golden retriever puppy and these bowls are just what she needed. I love the magnets and the tray but the best is the food bowl that slows her down!
The delivery was fantastic, received it immediately!

This elevated feeder is one of the best-designed products I have ever purchased. It comes in different sizes and colors and keeps my dog's area much cleaner because the magnets don't allow the bowls to slide around. The plastic lids are a brilliant idea, since my dog often leaves some of her food uneaten. Service/delivery was excellent also. This product isn't inexpensive, but it's well worth the price for its functionality and good looks.

Awful experience. Not only did it take 3+ weeks for the item to ship, it was returned to sender, despite receiving a notification that the item had been delivered. We just moved to a town that does not have USPS service, but does receive UPS and FedEx. To be safe, we always list our PO Box, at the risk of the item shipping through USPS. I did not know which shipping provider Trot Pets would use, so naturally, I listed the PO Box, knowing I would be prompted with a "cannot send to your address" if the PO Box would not work. I received no push back, so went ahead an ordered the set. I tracked shipping through out the SLOW process, only to notice the the day this was supposed to be delivered, that the item was returned to sender. Annoying, but I can let it go. However, when I reached out to customer service begging for help, they sent a snarky response back. To which I mentioned I would simply prefer a return, asked why a shipping label was created if they could not deliver to a PO Box. Why was I not prompted with an error for inputting a PO Box? Their response was, "we can do that," completely ignoring my questions regarding shipping. Whether this be user error on my end or not, I would have appreciated more communication, and kinder communication. I was so excited to receive this set for our new dog, and due to the rude responses, we will be going with Yeti dog bowls instead. Customer service makes or breaks a company, in my opinion, and Trot Pets failed miserably. I should also mention, I asked when I will receive confirmation of my return twice now, with zero responses. Don't order from here.
