This is a review of Trot customer service and the lack of response to repeated emails. We like the elevated bowl set that we ordered but our dog doesn’t like the puzzle bowl. I have been emailing them repeatedly for 2 weeks without a response. We are trying to buy a second water bowl. Literally trying to give them more money and no response at all. Nice product but horrible customer service. I would look elsewhere. This is really frustrating.

My dog loves it! It's aesthetically pleasing and well made.

I received the wrong items and I have reached out a few times-NO RESPONSE. Very disappointing and I hope I didn't lose $100. I hope to get a response on the return request! Such great products and service with my last 2 purchases, is the company going out of business? No response at all???

The one star is for customer service alone. The products themselves are worth 5 stars. I’ve contacted “hello at trot pets” address ( unable to type the correct address) you provide over and over with no response. I want to return for a refund and purchase the correct sizes or exchange the products. Over and over in the other reviews, your response is to send an email to “hello at trot pets” which Ive done but no one has contacted me.

We think your products are great--we just ordered a new bowl and stand set for our newest dog family member. However, your advertising is false, and you should really correct it. Namely, I have left several inquiries through your impossible barrier to actually reaching someone by phone to advise that the first dog bowl we purchased is chipped on the side and that we would like it replaced as per the lifetime warranty. We have yet to hear back from anyone.

Love this product. I got a single dish. It is a slow feeder with a riser. It is very nice for my pup. She loves it.

Product came as ordered and seems great. Knocking down a star because I only got informed that my order was confirmed and couldn't get any additional info. My order showed up at my door with no further updates. Got it in about a week, but it was strange not being told it was on the way or getting a tracking number.

Also, the construction instructions were a little lacking. Not complicated. But they sent 2x the screws needed.

I timed my dog and compared. The feeder bowl slowed her down 3x. She probably tasted her food for the first time. Seemed to enjoy it more and the mental activity. The little notch holds the bowls in place better so the dog isn't knocking things over constantly.

Great for car camping setups if you have the space. The stand keeps the bowls off the ground when camping + not getting knocked over by the leash every time the dog walks around at the campsite helped us reduce water wastage.

Love these bowls (and mat)! They’re dishwasher safe, esthetically pleasing, and have a life time warranty! I recommend them to everyone!

I ordered a complete set in bone and once I opened the box I knew I ordered the wrong size. I didn't even set it down on the ground. Trot has an exchange policy where you pay for return shipping yourself and they will send the exchanged item back. They had the size I wanted in stock and even confirmed so over email. Initially, when I emailed about the excha process, they replied very fast. Now they have left multiple emails on read asking about a confirmation of the return. I have tracking on the item I sent back so I know they've had it for a week and that it was handed over to a person and not left at a door.

The base of the bowls is not a good quality product for their price.

Ordered medium bowl and it does hold 3 cups so works good for dog that gets just under. It slows him down a lot which is what we were looking for. Great quality bowl, fast shipping, & seems it will last. Would recommend.

UPDATE: Happy to report that trotpets will be delivering a replacement without me having to return the original item. Hopefully the replacement is delivered in great condition.

The stand was damaged with one of the 4 legs broken off. When submitting a request for the return stating it was damaged, the return site clearly states that customers must pay their own return shipping. That's completely ridiculous when the item is delivered damaged. Hopefully they will take care of the return and the shipping of a replacement.

Loved the bowls and mats. Well made and perfect for Cooper (who is a messy drinker). But, when it arrived, it looked like a return that had not been cleaned up. Bowls were visibly used in need of washing and the mat had rings and spots on it as well. Sort of a bummer when paying that much for a premium set.

After spending $150+ on your product, when I reached out for support I was met with awful customer service after receiving the wrong product. Could not be less happy with the ending result.

(Update) I have reached out to customer service repeatedly and they just ghosted me, so this reply asking me to reach out to customer service after I already did and got ghosted is a great example of how bad this product and their customer service are.
