I had a great experience with Ashley on a recent mortgage application. He was incredibly responsive, communicative, and was a great advocate for us with a somewhat tricky lender. Highly recommend - would use again!

Thank you, Ashley for dealing with my complicated case and resolving it in such a timely and supported manner! I will be in touch for potential advice needed next year!

Fantastic help, easy to talk to and to help with all queries. Made remortgaging a quick and painless job.

Very fast and accurate responses advice to all my questions, and searched out the ideal mortgage deal for me. Definitely recommend True Advice

Thank you so much for all the work on our case. Our whole case was handled by Ashley and I cannot recommend him enough. We’re in the property business and have used Ashley Hollom for advice and mortgages for a while now. He’s always ready to help and answer questions and has given us sound advice every time. In an industry that can be very frustrating at times he is always very clear and simple and makes the whole process easy. I won’t use anyone else for our future mortgages now. Save yourself hassle and go with True Advice. Ask for Ashley.

Thank you for your patience
10 stars from 10

We were recommended to go with Ashley from a friend, and he guided us as first-time buyers throughout the process step by step. Questions were answered promptly and he was flexible with call scheduling which was great for our availability. He went beyond expectations - highly recommended, especially if this is your first time purchase!

Tony was honest and exceedingly helpful in scrutinizing the pension plans in my employment. His transparency and advice was highly useful towards helping me make an informed decision. Thank you Tony!

Ashley was great from start to finish. The process was very easy and transparent and I honestly feel that I wouldn't have received such good conditions for our mortgage if it wasn't for his help and expertise. Would highly recommend this company!

Here is our story! We finally felt settled into our rented flat after moving 3 times in the previous 2 years. Finally the perfect home for our family and that we could see us living in for a while, and then.. our landlord told us he will be selling it! So we panicked for a little bit and then reached out to Ashley at True Advice.

If you would've asked me a few months ago if we thought we could afford to buy at all, let alone this 2bed maisonette with a garden, garage, and summer house, I wouldn't have believed it.

So to be quite honest, Ashley literally made our dream come true. And there were obstacles for sure. I am not a UK citizen so that made things more tricky, my husband’s pay varies each week, as well as other various hurdles. They didn’t stay obstacles for long as Ashley found solutions quickly.

Ashely gave us all the information we needed and then some during the whole process. When one option didn’t work out, he went back to the drawing board and came back with new options even though that meant more work for him. He was on our side to solve our problem the whole time, and we can’t thank him enough. We get to stay! We don’t have to move again. We can really make this house into our home.

Everything is going well with the process, and it looks like we will Complete the purchase in January!

Thank you so much True Advice!!!

I received excellent and accurate advice tailored to my circumstances. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Incredibly helpful! Very prompt and professional! Would highly recommend, could not fault the service !!

I needed to do a remortgage on my rental property. Ashley got this done nice and smoothly and without any hiccups. He keep me informed throughout the whole process and I was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Ashley and the rest of family team at True Advice Financial Services.

Ashley was amazing throughout the procedure. His persistence in finding us the right product despite very uncertain times was nothing short of heroic. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for great communication, understanding and expertise.

I can’t recommend True Advice enough. As a first time buyer I had little knowledge on how to go about buying a property. Dealing with Ashley not only got me a brilliant mortgage deal but also provided me with invaluable knowledge on the process and what to expect. He made the entire process stress free and seamless. He provided quick replies to any queries or questions I had which helped to get a mortgage offer accepted and put me at ease. He kept me up to date and in the loop with everything that was happening, going above and beyond every step of the way!

Ashley has been beyond helpful and helped us get a mortgage quickly, easily, and simply. This is a world that for us is confusing and a bit overwhelming and he made the process easy and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

From start to finish dealing with Ashley from True Advice has not only been a breeze but a pleasure. Ashley has kept myself and my partner in the loop throughout the purchase of our 1st home which can seem like a nerve racking and daunting experience but with True Advice it certainly was not.
Not only did Ashely find us the best deal around but he explained everything clearly and simply which is all we could have wished for.
5 star company and will be highly recommending to anyone we speak to.
Thank you

This is absolutely first class service. We can't thank Ashley enough for all his help and the speed with which he completed the various steps of our mortgage application. His professionalism is to be applauded. Anyone looking for the best deal for them, Ashley is the one to find it. We can't recommend him highly enough.
Now what else can we use him for?
John & Sandra Morgan.

Tony and Ashley’s service is truly brilliant. They gave excellent advice, competitive products and when it came to execution of applications/policies, they guided us through the processes with constant attention.

When going through the house buying process we had the usual issues and some extras. Tony was always happy to help guide and advise on next steps, even when it wasn’t necessarily his role or expected of him.

My partner and I are very grateful to you both for your excellent service and support.
