Business-as-usual doesn’t work for me. I founded Peakpact because business should be an adventure and a force for good. That means we’re typically looking for something a bit different and expecting a lot more from our service providers (yes, even insurance partners!)

REALLY HONEST are definitely a bit different. Authentic, values-driven, transparent, tree planting, carbon offsetting, and genuinely in service of their customers.

REALLY HONEST matched our insurance needs to real cover options to suit our business and current scale, helping us find a great deal.

We reached out to Fuelled after a recommendation and instantly felt like we had found the right insurance partner. As a small business owner, insurance has always felt like a bit of a chaotic place, but the team made it simple and gave me the confidence that we had the right cover in place. They've also been super responsive to our changing needs and understand what it means to be a growing, purpose driven business. Then they became a fellow B Corp and it became even more of a no-brainer. We wouldn't look anywhere else

They are a different breed of insurance company from any other I’ve come across - it really feels like they are in your corner and want you to win. It’s rare you get to be enthused by insurance, it’s boring, expensive and generally just not a joyful chore. Except when I dealt with Fuelled. Now, you might say this is because they were cheaper than the other quotes I’d got, but that’s only part of the story. Hollie, who I dealt with, was exceptional at both explaining why things were as they were, the best way to tailor the quote and was ultimately really on the ball (I got a quote at just after midnight as she was ‘running behind’). I’ll go as far as to say that if you don’t buy insurance from Fuelled, you’ve probably made a mistake.

Great at what they do, insurance is usually a frustrating experience to deal with, at Fuelled, they talked me through everything and I understood why they needed certain bits of information. I have real peace of mind, that if anything were to go wrong, I have the correct cover to sleep well at night, and that's what I need from my insurance provider!
