I do not recommend buying. Poor Quality Clothing for Luxury Price, the design and print on the dress I ordered, looks very different from the one in the pictures. This was an international shipping and they sent me a wrong size. I cant even send it back because it is going to cost me a lot with all the import charges.

SCAM ALERT!!

I regret not checking up on this website before ordering.

It has now been two months since my order and each time I follow up on WhatsApp or insta DM, all I'm told is it's dispatched but when I ask for a tracking number, everyone says "soon". This has been happening now for weeks and I still don't have a tracking number.

I think I've understood that at this point I'm either not getting my order or some cheap incorrect item will be delivered. Either way I've lost 19k. I've reported the page as a scam on Instagram. Hopefully enough users who have experienced this will do it so the scam website can be shut down permanently. So so disappointed.

The customer service is appalling, they have failed to deliver an item and have not had the professionalism to respond with an alternative plan for delivery!!! The order was placed on 11th of January. Absolutely unacceptable service.

This is a kind of website which takes trust out of Instagram brands. They either do not know how to run a business or are complete scam. I had ordered from them and the sizes didn’t fit me, I called them and they asked to return it. I did and then they vanished. No message, refund, exchange whatsoever. I have never dealt with a bigger scam than this.

Very disappointing experience. I received a dress I never ordered, and it was meant to be a gift. The brand admitted it was their mistake, yet expected me to bear the cost. Offering store credit for their own error means I’d have to spend twice. After this, they’ve stopped responding completely. Poor accountability and customer service—would advise caution before ordering.

Mistakes can happen, but how a brand handles them defines its integrity. Unfortunately, this experience shows a lack of responsibility and customer respect. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering, especially if the purchase is time-sensitive or meant as a gift.

Please refrain from purchasing products from this website. Based on my personal experience, this appears to be a fraudulent operation. Once the order was placed, their customer service became completely unresponsive and has continued to ignore all attempts at contact.

I have lost ₹10,000 after purchasing products from their site, with no resolution, refund, or communication provided. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct for any legitimate business.

I am sharing this to warn others so they do not face the same financial loss and frustration. Proceed at your own risk.

Scam. It’s street shop quality charging high end prices. January quality would be better. Customer service doesn’t respond.

THEY ARE SCAMSTERS. Please dont buy from them. Horrible customer service . I ordered and paid for Azzure dress S size( 7650rs) they sent Snowwhite dress-xs size( 5000rs) .I have screenshots and pics of every chat still no response. They are cheaters and also dont deliver on time

It pains me to give them one star of a rating that I am forced to give them right now, but so happy to see that I wasn’t the only one and this is genuinely a fraud brand backed up by crazy influencer marketing. They have illiterate's handling their customer service, because i don't think they know hot to operate a phone because that is the only explanation I can think of them not replying to texts or calls. They shipped the wrong dress, made me return the product through my own means, made me pay extra for re shipping the dress only to ship the wrong dress again and now they have completely vanished like a fake company that this is. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM, I would also suggest rather burning your money.

Customer service is a nightmare. I would rather burn my money than buy from them. I ordered a dress, received the wrong dress, and shipped it to them. I received the same wrong dress again and shipped it back a second time, and still no response from them. I won’t make the mistake of purchasing from your brand again — it may look great on Instagram thanks to influencer marketing, but the actual customer experience is nothing short of a nightmare. And the policy of issuing a credit note instead of refunding back money is a scam.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. They are complete scam. BEWARE and Do not order from them.
If you are lucky - you might receive the garment in ok condition. Just in case you are in need of an exchange - this is when your worst nightmare will begin. They made me ship items to them twice. Sent back a wrong item (completely on their account) when I re shipped the item back - they wrote just ONE LINE to me - The item you shipped back to us did not pass our quality check. I WAS LIKE WHAT ? I shipped it back to you within 4 hours of delivery. Since that day - I have not received a single communication form their end. No Credit has been issued, no faulty item shipped my way. The dress, Team Truffle India and my money just vanished! How is this even legal ? Ive tried to reach their customer care numerous time, an alternate number was also available on the website which im pretty sure is the owners - till date no one has reached me. No email ? No whats app ? No text message. They just decided to keep my money! The item shipped was not even cheap. I might have missed out a whole lot or maybe its too much to type but they are as fraudulent as things can get!

I received my order with minor follow up..received my garments and of them in good fabric and quality..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DONT BUY. The fits shown on the website are different from the garment they will send you. I ordered a wide legged pant and they sent me tapered pants, claiming it looks the same. I’m expected to return it and get my money deducted as processing fee, then further deduction for COD order so all in all I just lose money by ordering from here. The customer care person is an IDIOT and doesn’t try to help you with anything. DONT TRUST anything they show you on the website, worst Indian brand to buy from. They earn money by cheating their customers, and do not provide any post-sale customer service.

I had ordered a dress from them and received it with a terrible fit and stains on the dress. I wanted to return and get a refund instead of a store credit because it was a fault on their end. When I tried contacting their customer support, they didn’t answer a single call, took 2-3 days to get respond on WhatsApp, and emails are answered quickly with irrelevant replies and an automated like response reading out their policies. They refused to refund the money to original payment method and also refused to even exchange the same dress, so after multiple tries I finally had to return the dress back myself on my dime. And the worst of all, they charge ₹150 just to process the store credit. So essentially for a mistake they made, I lost the discount I got on the dress originally, lost ₹300 in shipping back the dress and ₹150 loss while processing store credit.
They’ve got the worst attitude towards customers and their business.
Customer support is as good as an automated machine reply. They do not take calls at all.
They do not honour their Free returns policy.

It's a fraud company.... do not buy from them .
I had ordered from them 6 months back. Had to return because I didn't like the material. They never returned the money and only credited half the amount as my store credit. Now they don't take my calls or reply on watsapp.

It’s a complete scam

My experience with Truffle India has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order with them in April, and it’s been a series of errors — mostly on their end — followed by zero accountability.

After an initial size issue, I went through their standard return process. But when I requested that the replacement be sent via express shipping (since there had already been delays), they simply ignored it. And to make matters worse, when the product finally arrived — they sent the wrong size again.

This second error was entirely theirs. I immediately raised the issue and returned the item, explaining how disappointed I was and how inconvenient this had become. Today, after weeks of following up, I was told that the returned item “did not pass their quality check” and that no credit note would be issued.

At this point, it’s clear they’re just trying to dodge accountability. Despite repeated requests, their team showed no urgency, no effort to make up for their own mistake, and no basic courtesy toward the customer.

This experience felt less like a mishap and more like a deliberate scam. There’s no customer-first mindset, no sense of service recovery, and certainly no brand integrity.

Avoid ordering from Truffle India — it’s just not worth the hassle or the money.

This is a fraudulent site! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
They send you scrap pieces, in whatever size available.
Rude and arrogant customer service!

Only there to cheat you and take your money for shitty clothes. No refund/exchange whatsoever.
