Annie and her team are looking after my mum. They have been very supportive and efficient in their communication with myself. Mum is very happy with her care and looks forward to their visits, they are very kind and caring. Thank you all

I am very happy to be a staff and member of Trusted care since last four months
From the beginning the staffs,management supported me,guided me and gave opportunities to grow.Company trusted me and helped me to progress to become a standard carer.
The management team is friendly approachable ,and always willing to help when needed.They communicated well and make sure staff feel valued and supported.
I am also fortunate to work with wonderful clients and they are kind ,respectable and cooperative,which makes my job enjoyable and rewardable.
Overall I appreciate the support from both the management and staffs,and I enjoy being a part of the team.

Thank you for your amazing support for my Father. We would be completely lost without you. The team go above and beyond their duties, nothing is too much trouble. Dad is so happy with the service and keeps asking when you will be back!

We deal with Trusted Care & Support from an accounts perspective each month and they are pleasure to deal with. Great team and response times in terms of accounts processing.

Trusted Care and Support is a great company to work for. Supportive management. I feel valued as a care worker and enjoy building positive relationships with clients.

Never had any previous experience of carers but the staff who visit us 7 days a week have all been just brilliant..nothing is too much trouble providing genuine heart felt care and flexibility in the hours of support just as we need it.

Very kind and supportive care agency. Clear communication with everyone we spoke to and readily available to help out and give advice.

I cannot speak highly enough of Trusted Care and Support and the wonderful care they have provided for my 91-year-old father. The team of carers who visit him each day have been kind, compassionate, professional, and consistently attentive to his needs.

We cannot thank the team enough for the care, dignity and compassion they showed to my wife during her battle with Alzheimer’s. From the beginning they treated her not only as a patient but as a person, with kindness, patience and warmth.
Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s at home is very challenging, but the carers made it possible for my wife to remain in familiar surroundings which meant so much to both of us,
They were attentive to her needs at every stage, adapting as her condition changed and ensuring she was always comfortable.
They took the time to talk to her and treat her with respect even at difficult times.They also supported me through a very hard time.
In her final days their care was nothing short of exceptional.They ensured she was peaceful, comfortable and surrounded by dignity.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this care company to anyone looking for compassionate,professional and outstanding care and support at home.

Trusted Care looked after me last Christmas for four weeks. They responded to a late request for help, and were the only agency to do that. The staff were kind and caring with Annie making sure everything ran smoothly even when there was heavy snow. Thank you Trusted Care.

The team at Trusted Care and Support made a difficult time for our family so much easier. From first contact with Asif everything ran smoothly and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

After one month of light care my mother is happy with this company. They give a friendly and helpful service so far, and have been very willing to accommodate my mothers needs

I recently broke my leg and needed some help when I returned home. My helper, Annie from Trustedcareandsupport, has been great, keeping the house clean and doing jobs which I found difficult or impossible such as unloading the washing machine and hanging the damp clothes on an airer, and also fitting a duvet cover.
