Understanding my needs and the solutions provided to satisfy my needs was outstanding.

The casket arrived early and when I was at the funeral home to receive it . It was beautiful. The funeral home thought so as well.

Ordering on line was easy.. the customer service was awesome considering the situation and they were patient and assuring. I called several times due to questions and every time I called they were nice and patient.

Looks great and arrived sooner than expected.

I called wasn’t able to speak with anyone. I purchased online and received a received a follow up call thank GOD. The casket was scheduled to be delivered the day of services. Standard delivery? The person at other end said it cost 400..00 for express, I mumbled , smh an expressed my concern with so much cost during this already tough time. The rep requested to place me on hold to check if anything could be done.. delivery charge cut in half. Still feeling anxiety and stress the rep empathizing ask to place on another brief hold. She came back and promised next day at no additional cost, she advised the next time I use service charge will it be eliminated. I was delighted finallly an understanding act. I will pay delivery charge as a result of education proved. Suggestion readjust pricing model so everyone auto pay express. Advertise with express charge include. People are online because of cost. Your prices are better than funeral but is scary .. auto charge everyone ; your price is Great and will not suffer with auto assumed price

I purchased a casket for my husband from this company in the delivery was quick, but unfortunately, when the casket arrived at the funeral home and they were unable to open the casket, which caused me to have to get another casket, which was not the one that I wanted in a short time notice.

The casket I received exceeded my expectations. Order process was fairly easy, however they did have technical difficulties. The cssket color was beautiful. The interior color wouldn't have been my choice, but it worked.

Checkout process was easy. Shipping was extremely fast and arrived faster than advertised in 2 business days. There was the slightest scuffing at the very bottom on one side, but I don’t think anyone would have noticed it unless you were intentionally looking for scuffs. Materials seem to be good quality. Looks exactly as advertised.

Able to order on line and price was good

This company is amazing! I could not have asked for a better experience in buying a casket for my father's funeral. They communicated from start to delivery and is a very honest company to deal with. No pushy sales pitch and honest about the process. The delivery was a couple of days later than originally promised but that was the shipping company taking longer than expected because it was being shipped 3rd party from California to Kentucky. The quality of the casket was impeccable and we recieved so many compliments on how beautiful it was. I would recommend this company to anyone and the price can't be beat. They were straightforward and honest throughout the entire process.

This company is amazing. Every step of the way they were in communication with me from the moment I ordered this well made beautiful casket for my father. The delivery was about 3-4 days later than the original delivery date but I planned for that because it was being shipped from California to Kentucky with a 3rd party company and I was able to order it ahead of time. Trusted caskets shipped out the product on time. It was the shipping company that held up delivery. The casket arrived in perfect condition and made for a lovely service for my father. It was beautiful and we received so many compliments on it. I would suggest buying a casket this way to anyone because the price and quality cannot be beat. Just make sure you give enough time for any possible delivery delays. The communication with this company was excellent and we were treated extremely well by the staff.
