My name is james. I had a quest for him.
I said that I was looking for a coffin for my mom. Her name is Charlie dickson. My dad was really mad at her going out with her guy friend. So he shot her in the back. She died. He ignored me when I told him. He told me to contact the police. I told him I did. But the police did not give us a coffin to bury her. So I asked for a coffin and how to buy one and how to ship it to my parents location but he said no.

We ordered the casket at 12 noon and it was delivered the next day at 11:00 am. Thanks to Tim for his great customer service and follow-up.

I received excellent service from Tim. In addition to helping me with the casket selection, Tim showed his customer service skills in two ways. First, I had to pause the delivery when the FedEx guy was in route. Tim did not complain and handled it graciously. Second, when I got the delivery straightened out, such that the casket would be delivered 3-4 days before the funeral, Tim had me check with the mortuary to ensure that they would not refuse the casket before sending it. Tim is a credit to your company and is customer focused.

One of my close family members passed away unexpectedly and we needed a XL casket. The funeral home was offering us the same one for $2,500 more. I was very weary about going to another source but decided that I didn’t want to be gouged and taken advantage of by the funeral home (Rose Hills in Whittier, CA). I called them and a nice gentleman answered all of my questions and told us they would get the casket to the funeral home within two days. They did as they promised with mo damage. The casket was beautiful and we were able to put our loved one to rest. Thanks, Trusted Caskets.

We had a great experience with Trusted Caskets. They offered great pricing and had a wide selection to choose from. We ordered the casket on Wednesday and received it on Friday in plenty of time for our services.

The casket was received at the mortuary in a very timely fashion. The ordering process was also very professional, although I was slightly skeptical ordering on line as I did everything was seamless. Because of this pandemic a lot of caskets were on back order or not in stock and we were very happy to find Trusted Caskets.

He took control of the situation, got the casket of my choice ordered at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th of November 2021 (my daddy service was on November 15th) and it was delivered to my front door 26 hours later!!!🤯🥳 I could not believe the amazing customer service I received from Trusted Caskets; not only did the ordering go smoothly, Tim even kept in touch with me throughout the shipping process all the way to the delivery itself.
