The Our Lady casket is beautiful as the individual it was purchased for. the value is excellent for the price. The funeral home even said so, they said that they would have to charge 3 times what was paid for through Trusted Caskets.

I was extremely pleased. I ordered the wrong casket as it was not made for cremation. I called the company and the representative said it was no problem to change the casket and guaranteed that it would still arrive the next day. I did not like how the cremation casket looked online but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived because it looked so much better than the photos online. I was provided with a tracking number which eased a lot of anxiety. The casket arrived on time and looked great.

We were offered several casket options by different vendors, including the funeral home. The funeral initially informed our family they would “price match” any casket found online. We provided them the link to Trusted Caskets with our selected casket and the Director himself said, “Buy it directly from Trusted Caskets, we cannot match the price and the quality is better than what we have in stock”. Customer service and shipping was excellent, funeral home received it a day early. We highly recommend Trusted Caskets for any and all funeral needs.

Everything went smooth as afar as deliver and purchase it had a 1/2 scuff/ding on corner but otherwise nice overall

I was satisfied how easy it was I ordered over the internet it arrived exactly when it said it would be and looked just like the picture online and was happy with my purchase.

Originally, we bought the casket in Costco since this is a known store, and we regretted! The casket was delivered damaged, it has big dents all over it. Time was running out, but fortunately, we found this great company, and it turned out that they have the same casket but even cheaper. We called phone support, explained the situation, and we were promised to deliver the coffin to our Mortuary the next day. The next morning at 9am we have received a delivery notification! we couldn't believe that everything happened so quickly! Excellent service and customer care! They deserve 10 stars for their personal touch. Recommend!

Such an easy purchase. Fast and unbeatable pricing. So very impressed as I was very nervous to make aa purchase like this online.

Price was good, very competetive. Shipping was no problem. Everything started out just fine.
However, when unpacked and inspected at the funeral home, the lid-closing mechanism was defective. It would not cinch down tight, but there was no time to request a replacement, so we had to go with what we received.
The casket lid has several "U-shaped" catch-points that fit into the edge of the lower part of the casket. Then when cranking the lid shut, the lower edge is *supposed* to have hooks that engage each U-shaped catch point and tighten down to secure the lid when turning the crank-key.
The metal strip in the lower edge appears to have been installed backwards with hooks facing the opposite direction and would not/could not engage the catch-points to secure the lid.
Very disappointing. I suppose you get what you pay for, but this flaw was truly unacceptable.

I purchased the Roosevelt Casket. It looked more beautiful in person. I was very impressed. Customer service was excellent and the sales rep was extremely patient with answering all my questions.
