I was fully satisfied with the price and quality of the cremation casket I purchased. Tim made sure that it was delivered the day after I ordered it, which was very short notice. Keeping me informed of delivery progress made a stressful situation that much easier on the family. I highly recommend Trusted Caskets.

My husband is in the last few weeks of his battle with colin cancer. We ordered his casket in preparation. Our casket was rerouted mistakenly so the funeral home received the wrong product. But when I called to get it resolved, they already knew about the problem and were working on it. It was on it's way to us the next day. They were so easy to work with. It only took 1 phonecall.

I didn't like the color nor the price on the casket closest to what we wanted at the funeral home. I was happy to find Trusted Caskets had a better color of blue and they were$4000 !!!!! cheaper! It looked gorgeous, was quickly delivered, and was perfect for our needs.

Ordered the Classic Mahogany Wood Casket. It shipped on Monday from California to Pensacola, Florida. We received a day earlier than expected. Came in great shape. Saved us $3,000 + dollars over the funeral costs. I am a happy camper!

The casket was missing the flower on the outside. Overall, the casket was nice. I wished I had received it as shown on the picture.
