I placed an order thru Trusted caskets & they delivered a BEAUTIFUL CASKET on time & at a great price. It's bad enough having to go thru financial stress of a funeral but they made it easy & affordable.

We were very pleased with the casket, service, quick delivery, and saving over $2000 !!! The casket we chose was rose pink and lilac and much prettier in person than the online photo, to the point that one guest told me it was the most beautiful she had ever seen! Truth be told, it was very striking with our pink, white, and lavender flowers. I did call their 800 number before ordering and my questions were answered. I purchased it late Thursday evening and it was delivered the following Monday. (I also allowed a 3 day pre-funeral "cushion" just in case.) Here's a tip not anywhere on their website order form : Put the name of the deceased in the same box as the shipping address of the mortuary along with the name and phone number of your contact person there. Just type it all in, the box expands. There is no other space to put this important info. Also, make sure you don't ship it to your house!

Good quality, received casket very fast. We had updated constantly where the shipment was. The only reason why i did not give 5 starts is because there was a few dents on casket.

I purchased two baskets for my mother and father. The cost for each casket was very competitive and they were delivered to the mortuary within 2 days, free of charge. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because my father's casket had a small dent when it was delivered. The company offered to replace the casket but I didn't have time to do so before the services.

This is the 2nd time I bought from Trusted Casket. As before, very reliable, good price, good communication and provide update on shipping status throughout the route.

Beautiful & EXACT as pictured. Mich better quality than exact style casket at funeral home, But much better quality: 18 guage steel vs. 20 guage at funeral home. PLUS $2200 cheaper!! It was very easy to order and delivery was made quickly. Perhaps the customer service could be improved but all in all we were very happy with the quality, quick delivery and price. Saved us over $1200 going direct.
