Good product, delivered on time

Each time I’ve used Black Country Metalworks I have received good quality products at competitive prices. This time I bought a kettle to sit next to my log burner and the lovely companion set/log store previously purchased from BCM. Communication was excellent and the kettle arrived earlier than expected. Well done again. I’m sure to use you in the future!

We've now ordered a couple of fireplace companion sets and a log basket and they have all been excellent. Communication is very good and delivery has been on time or ahead of schedule on each occasion. The quality of the work and the products has been faultless.
