Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’ve looked into your order and wanted to clarify a few details that might help.

Some of the items you selected, such as the TLT-BLK-L-34, were clearly marked on our website as out of stock at the time of ordering, with an estimated delivery date of 24/09/2025. This information is shown before adding items to your basket and is also included in the order confirmation email, which outlines dispatch dates for each product.

We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially during the busy “Back to School” period, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. I can see you’ve been in touch with several members of our team, and we appreciate your patience while we work through a high volume of orders.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're really glad to hear that your order arrived quickly and that you're happy with the quality overall. However, we're very sorry to learn that your daughter's blazer arrived with a hole in it — that’s certainly not the standard we aim for.

I have had a look into this and note that you received the item yesterday; could you email td@trutex.com so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

If you send us an email with an image of the fault we will organise for a replacement to be sent out asap.

Regarding delivery, your order was despatched the same day it was placed, and was sent out on a next-day service. Once the parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier, and while we aim for next-day delivery, occasional delays can happen outside our control. We just wanted to reassure you that we did everything on our end to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Could I please check with you that your order was from Trutex Direct UK, as I can see you are based in Croatia and we would therefore not be the supplier for your order.

We’d really like to look into this further and help resolve any outstanding issues. I can also see that the source of your review is an organic one; we would therefore be grateful if you could share your order number and contact details with our customer service team at TD@trutex.com to confirm that your order is actually from Trutex Direct and not another supplier. We’ve checked our records and haven’t been able to locate any communication regarding your order or a refund, so any additional details would be very helpful. We would also like to investigate the garments that you mention being low quality as this is an unusual response, if the order was indeed from ourselves.
