I hope they can keep their service the same throughout their endeavor. Just started using the castor oil but I am certain I will see some results in a month or so.

I was hesitant to purchase this product. I am glad I did, from the arrival time to the communication was just outstanding. I needed some clarification on my purchase. I reached out to customer service and they were so understanding and so professional about it. Thank you Edenlabs for your amazing product, your patience and your generosity. I have ordered lots on line but the prompt customer service I received was beyond 5 stars.

I purchased the castor oil wrap. It doesn't tie up securely and consequently oil gets on your clothes. It's poorly designed. The straps should be sewn onto all 4 corners, not the centre.
Don't waste your money

I just received my detox pack and compression wrap. I was shocked to see how small the bottle of castor oil was. Almost laughed. Nothing like in their product photos. Also there was no cloth with it except the compression wrap that was £7 extra. The photos of detox pack is deceptive. Its not a pack, just a small castor oil bottle. I paid nearly £40 for something I could have gotten for £10 elsewhere. Their marketing is a lie. Wish I had read the reviews here instead of falling for “amazing results” and for false advertising. Expensive lesson learnt.

my questions were answered promptly .the website is full of info about why and how to use caster oil. all made sense to me and wanted to give it a shot. product arrived perfectly and I'm in my 3rd week.

I honestly didn’t feel a thing. No difference at. However I’d like to send a kudos to Ella at this company. She was very helpful in resolving a shipping issue. Wish I could say I like the product. I just don’t.

I hadn’t realized I'd only purchased the castor oil bottle without the wrap, so when it arrived on its own, I contacted customer service. They generously sent me a wrap anyway, even though the mistake was mine—truly exceptional customer service.

Order received correctly and is of good quality . None of the problems described on low star reviews. I am please with the quality if the wrap, easy to sleep in , the bottles are a good size and I am looking forward to feeling the benefits .

Incredible customer service. There was a bit of communication breakdown on my part and I honestly thought I had been scammed. Hazel replied to me to genuinely and generously - going above and beyond to sort out the order and have everything shipped with a special gift straight away. Kindness and compassion all the way. Thank you so much - I can't wait to start my night time routine.

They never delivered the product. When I called to report it, they sent me a photo of the delivery on the side of a random building in front of a staircase. No door, no numbers. Customer service will not refund me. They are trying to get me to make a police report. Absolute dumpster company and service

Bought a pack (wrap and oil) after reading a post online. Received a tiny bottle of oil and no wrap. Contacted the team who made up a bogus claim for site error in advertising and that im not entitled to the wrap. After a bit of back and forth the sent what seems to be a wrap from Temu. Not at all like shown on their site. I would have never paid that much if I was able to see what I was going to get. Stay away.

The customer service at Edenlabs was exceptional. Hazel was able to assist me quickly with my order. I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. Keep up the amazing work that you all do especially Hazel!!

The ordering was extremely confusing and misleading. I thought I had ordered a Detox Pack (oil and wrap), and my order confirmation listed: "Castor Oil Detox Pack" with an image of the wrap and the castor oil. Only the castor oil arrived, and I was told that was all I ordered. The price for the castor oil is easily 6 times what is normal, so I could have never imagined I was ordering only the oil. They did end up sending me a wrap to make up for the misleading ordering system, but I was again very disappointed because the affiliate link I had used to find their company had claimed that the wrap was organic cotton, which it is not. What a waste of time and money, definitely go with another company!

Ordering was easy and the package arrived in a timely manner. The product is easy to use and I like the size of the adjustable pad. I've been using the castor oil pack for 3 weeks now and I'm seeing a difference in the way I feel.

Contacted the support team by email and Hazel answered in less than 24 hours and was extremely helpful with my enquiry and even checked back with me once the order was delivered!

I thought I ordered a castor oil wrap and all I received was a tiny bottle of castor oil. It’s a total scam
