**The core claims are false or grossly exaggerated**

Massive parasitic infections of the kind described — colonies visibly burrowing through intestinal walls, mining through the liver, causing organ failure — would produce severe, unmistakable symptoms long before death. These patients would not be getting "IBS" diagnoses. They'd be hospitalized with fever, severe pain, bloody stool, and visible weight loss.

**The diagnostic claim doesn't hold up**

Standard stool testing does miss some parasites, that's true. But the text implies virtually all modern diagnostic methods fail to detect heavy colonization. That's false. Endoscopy, biopsy, CT imaging, serology, and PCR-based stool tests would catch what's described here. A 49-year-old with the liver destruction depicted would show grossly abnormal liver enzymes.

**The biofilm argument is pseudoscientific**

Biofilm does exist in microbiology. But the claim that ricinoleic acid applied to skin dissolves intestinal biofilm and penetrates inches into intestinal tissue transdermally is not supported by any peer-reviewed evidence. Transdermal absorption doesn't work that way anatomically.

This is sophisticated marketing copy, not a medical disclosure.

I don’t leave bad reviews unless there’s clearly a product issue or something that has gone wrong.

I ordered this after carefully reading an informative post about a Dr’s experiences in the wellness industry not being met by western medicine approaches.

I was mislead like many other customers here. This product does market the castor oil pack with a wrap but does not acknowledge that you buy the castor oil bottle for ~£30 and no wrap to be seen.

Please be aware that like any company nowadays competing in the wellness industry it’s our onus to make sure they’re verified and not just well presented.

I wouldn’t buy from here again.

I am very pleased with my castor oil and wrap l felt less bloated after 1 week consecutive use for 6 hours a night. I am continuing to use for a week at a time with a small break in between.The wrap makes it easy to use to contain and protect my sheets.

Fantastic customer service and the organic cotton pack stays in place with absolutely no discomfort.

I too ordered a "detox Pack" and all I got was a tiny bottle of oil (from China) for $42!

This is obviously a scam company, I ordered the detox kit, I received a tiny bottle of castor oil nothing else, £29!!! A total scam

I purchased the castor oil pack, for $57, but was billed $59, I think this is because it's overseas (I'm in Australia). i have been using thid for 4 weeks, The bottle of oil is 100mls and ran out after 2 weeks...but the wrap I received is not like the one advertised with cloth straps, mine has wide elastic and Velcro to secure it. The elastic
folds over at night and the Velcro is so uncomfortable and digs Into my skin, I have
also found that the oil leaks to the outside of the wrap staining my bedding and nightie/pyjamas.
I have emailed support about their guarantee of satisfaction only to be told that as it was on special my guarantee is null and void. I wasn't aware of this small print.
I was offered a partial refund of 20% for something that was misleading and falsely advertised.
Don't buy these products, Ebay is cheaper and they carry a refund policy which is honoured.
I will throw this in the bin as it's just so uncomfortable.

Every photo shown on their site shows a large, 18oz bottle. Today - after 3 weeks of waiting and paying $66! - I received a 2oz bottle of castor oil and NO detox wrap or "pack" whatsoever!

Edit: after an email, they did send the wrap, which I appreciate very much. But of course I still paid CAD$66 for the wrap and the 2 oz bottle of diluted caster oil (this caster oil runs like almond oil), and the photos on their site still clearly show a massive, 18 oz bottle of caster oil. So the company is still lying to and stealing from people.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased what was described as a “Castor Oil Detox Pack” and reasonably believed this included both the castor oil and the wrap shown throughout the product imagery and confirmations. My receipt and shipping confirmation also displayed an image of the oil together with the wrap, reinforcing that understanding.

However, I only received a single bottle of castor oil.

The website FAQ and marketing strongly suggest that the wrap is an essential part of the detox process and that castor oil alone is not enough, which made the listing feel misleading. It was not made sufficiently clear that the wrap was excluded unless purchasing a different bundle.

When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged my dissatisfaction but only offered a 20% refund rather than properly resolving the issue.

I would advise others to read the product details extremely carefully before purchasing.

Don't be fooled by the posh-looking website and supposed happy customer quotes. As a new customer based in the UK, it took almost 2 weeks for my order to arrive. I paid £31 for, I quote, an 'Castor Oil Detox Pack × 1'. Notice the word 'pack' in the description, except the pack was just a bottle of oil. It you wanted to wrap that was in the picture, that costs extra, so it wasn't a pack at all, just a tiny bottle of castor oil! For £31. I've been had. Don't let that happen to you too. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company. The item was a cheap synthetic imitation of what their website showed with a tiny bottle of castor oil and no clear instructions. Absolutely not worth the money. I have emailed them repeatedly asking for a refund and return address and they continue to reply with platitudes and telling me it’s difficult to return it and offering me a part refund instead. They clearly state a money back guarantee but seem to be refusing to issue this. I will be reporting them. Don’t buy!!

The company does not tell you that your order comes directly from China. I tracked my order from there to the US and after 2 weeks and still not having received it or any communication at all from them, I emailed them and told them I hadn't received it and requested a refund. Magically my order was then in transit to me and my refund request was ignored and I was encouraged to try the product. My mail carrier left the package in my mail box a few days later. I didn't open it and returned it at my local post office and sent the company an email letting them know I returned it. They told me they would be unable to send me a refund because they couldn't insure they would receive the package back? Don't bother ordering from this company. They supposedly offer a money back guarantee but I can tell you that is not true
