After a series of emails to the company and evidences from my side, the company provided me with a full refund, hence the rating was edited accordingly.
This company came out as an ad on utube and while tempted to order 1 nails fungus pen for about £6, I was charged £53.94.
I disputed with Paypal and the company straight away and they replied that the item has already shipped and unable to refund. Very disappointing experience.
I just gave you the order ID and it wont take a degree to understand that this is a scam and your company is somehow allowing those criminals to advertise their products and you are cooperating with them by taking those orders that were not authorised by the victim buyers.

I ordered a small first amount of bandoo product within 30 seconds I was billed for a higher amount for the second non-ordered.
within 1 minute I seen what they had done and emailed them to cancel all product which included what I had genuinely ordered, but according to Bandoo both orders had been despatched, which I would have thought was physically inpossible.
I did contact my bank and without mentioning the organisation they knew who the scam was with, looked into it and refunded me.
two weeks later I was charged for a further amount and day after that a further amount, two days after that they attempted to attempt to put through a further amount for hundreds of pounds, luckily for me I did not have enough money in my bank account. My bank has been very good at refunding these amounts.Never ever attempt to buy anything from this organisation, as all they're interested in is taking money from you with no product.
Please don't be as stupid as me to be trusting on-line buying from these scammers

I received the product but did not use for a while due to travel. I just started using 5 days ago and I am very pleased with the results. My night time foot pain is gone, I am sleeping more soundly and my walks are much better. I walk 4 to 5 miles per day 5 to 6 days a week. I am 79 years old and walks are stronger now. I live in Texas and the summers here are hot. I handle heat well but even this has seemed to improve. If I could give 10 stars I would. Unlike some of your customers I had no issue with the order process. Now that your product is available on Amazon Prime I will probably order from them. Great product keep up the good work and I hope you stay with Amazon.

Ich habe eine Bestellung bewusst abgebrochen, weil mir am Ende des Kaufprozesses zusÀtzliche kostenpflichtige Optionen aufgedrÀngt werden sollten. Trotzdem wurde mir der Betrag einfach abgebucht.
Die angebliche Lieferung werde ich nicht annehmen â sÀmtliche Frachtkosten liegen selbstverstÀndlich beim HÀndler. Eine RÃŒckbuchung erwarte ich entweder ÃŒber PayPal oder direkt ÃŒber mein Bankkonto. Sollte keine Erstattung erfolgen, veranlasse ich die RÃŒckbuchung selbst.
So geht man nicht mit Kunden um â sehr unseriöses Vorgehen! Zudem erhielt ich keine einzige E-Mail vom Shop â auch nicht im Spam.

SCAM ALERT!!
I ordered one product and was charged double the original cost for an additional product I will never use.
I looked up my bank statement to find the two split payments. Their website is set up to add other products that you have no way of knowing have been added to your order. The money is just taken out of your account as a split payment.
Immediately I noticed this (which was about 2 hours after ordering) I emailed their customer care team who replied to say they couldn't cancel the unordered part of the order because it had already been despatched. That would have to be an outright untruth. I emailed them again to say I would not accept that and am waiting on a response.
Meantime, I have cancelled all of my automatic payments, one of which seemed to be for their company under the name of MB Versus Media.

I have not received my package although Relay claimed to have delivered it to a safe place. They did not, I live on the first floor of a Block of flats and they delivered my package onto the 3rd step of the first flight of stairs as you enter the front door of the block. I do not live on the stairs but the stairs is located very close to the main front door of the Block of Flats, hence I truly believe that my package was set up to be stolen as part of the scams that is operating at the moment. Relay maintains that the stairs is a safe place to deliver a package according to their policy. So again their policy appears to support these scams. Bandoo should investigate Relay and their Delivery Policy and also replace my order.

I wish I could give them five stars, but unfortunately I was charged for six pairs instead of the two I ordered. However, after finally being connected to the correct person everything was rectified. I reviewed it, cancelled it and went back to the start and ordered the products I wanted and paid for it. Then I got an email saying the first order for hundreds of dollars had gone through as well. I wrote emails, I went through their customer portal. They replied that they'd received my cancellation. They have still overcharged me and didn't cancel the order.
