Ist ja bereits die zweite.
Erst wollten die Bestellnummer die ich ja angegeben hatte.Jetzt wird man sich melden, Per Mail auch im Spam nichts angekommen! Ich hoffe endlich der Klarna Käuferschutz wird hier tätig!
Nachtrag zu Antwort 1 TryBandoo wie bei jedem meldet sich jemand! Klingt verständsvoll!
Ist es aber nicht die beiden Bestellungen hatte ich angegeben!
Antworten wie diese schaut mal in eure Benachrichtigungen die Ihr von Trustpilot erhaltet per Mail immer in der Nacht 😃🙈 heißt der oder diejenige muss dort in einer Nachschicht arbeiten 😉 Heißt die agieren aus keiner europäischen Zeitzone und wahrscheinlich kommt hier bereits die KI zum Einsatz!

Und Ihr müsst wissen, TryBandoo ist ein Händler aus Übersee, nicht seriös!
Das ist Mache bei denen.
Ich soll bei diesem Shop gleich zwei Bestellungen erteilt haben. Freitag spät abends! Aufgefallen Zahlungshinweise von Klarna erhalten! Keine Ahnung wie die das gemacht haben, aber das Schreiben ja viele!
Ich habe dort nie etwas bestellt.
Keine Bestellbestätigungen + Versandbestätigungen erhalten!
Klarna hat mir mitgeteilt kommt aus Übersee. Klarna pausiert die Rechnungen und prüft.
Ich sollte diese Betrüger ebenfalls kontaktieren, was ich auch gemacht habe!
Kopiert aus der Mail an Klarna und TryBandoo:
erneut muss ich mich an Sie sprich Klarna wenden, da Sie die Pausierung die ich am Samstag telefonisch angemeldet habe wieder rückgängig gemacht haben mit dem Hinweis dieser Händler ist seriös, was mich verärgert hat! 😡 Am heutigen Montag habe ich erneut den technischen Support kontaktiert und erneut auf den Klarna Käuferschutz verwiesen, beide Vorgänge pausieren erneut!
Ich sollte das ganze Klarna per Mail senden und das Unternehmen aus Übersee TryBandoo ebenfalls mit einbeziehen, was ich auch gemacht habe!
Nochmals möchte ich folgendes darlegen.
1. am Freitag Abend habe ich zwei Zahlungsweishinweis erhalten.
Am Samstag den Kundenservice kontrolliert, dass ich bei dem besagten Verkäufer nichts bestellt habe, suspekt zweimal hintereinander!
Das einzige was ich erhalten habe, diese Hinweise. Ich habe euch mitgeteilt, keine Bestellbestätigungen und auch bis heute keine Versandbestätigungen. Mir wurde mitgeteilt auf Nachfrage, TryBandoo ist ein Händler aus Übersee! Für mich unseriös und bei so jemanden würde ich nichts bestellen!
Sie sagen ja Händler seriös 🙈 dann rufen Sie sich einmal die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen bei Trustpilot auf!
Dieser Händler ist ein Betrüger ist ein Betrüger!

Terrible Boll experience I’ve ordered…
Terrible experience. I’ve ordered them from before I ordered one order for $23 and I received another order automatically charged for $78 now over $100 after 2 1/2 weeks. I finally received my goods and now they’re saying they’ll only percentage me partial refund if I send it back to them, I disputed it with the credit card company now I’m gonna have to take legal apps for just a small item like this unbelievable very disappointed and the product’s not bad but poorly ran Company.

I suffer from severe leg cramping at night while I sleep. From the first night wearing the detox foot pads I had no cramping. It was the first time I slept through the night. I’ve been using them for eight months now and I am muscle cramp free. anyone who suffers from leg cramping we’ll find this life-changing! I orded one pair of the ankle and foot…
I orded one pair of the ankle and foot chargeable foot massages for tingling and like electrical shocks and Bandoo sent me 7 pairs more i received them on the 11/10/25 and returned them on the 13/10/25 due to it being a weekend I messaged them with a. Reply saying we will look into it and each pair was £59.98 each pair so count that up for 8 pairs and am deverstated called PayPal they said contact your bank has bandoo loged into my PayPal A/C and their were 3 cards on my PayPal and they used all 3 to get moneys and today useing another name SP Luvost tryed to take out yet another £32.98 this company is an absolute scam and disgraceful some thing has to be done one lady received 12 pairs and another lady received 5 pair I am trying to find their comments may be we can get together and do something and I am 75 years old and not that very technical wish me luck people from Naseem ( MARY )

The patches were at total waste of time and money, had no effect what so ever.
What makesit worse I took advantage of their 70% discount and thye chared me the full price and I have been trying to get my £48.70 refund back for a few months now. Don't touch this company.

Terrible customer service. The website is fraudulent and forces unwanted purchases. Customer service tried to convince me that my order was purchased, placed, and shipped in 30 minutes, therefore it cannot be canceled. Ridiculous and borderline fraud.
Be very aware when purchasing from their website and be very leary of their customer service.

Achtung absolute Vorsicht Betrug vom feinsten
Wir wissen nicht wie es diese Webseite geschafft hat, eine Bestellung mit minderwertigem Schrott ( 3 x Kniebandagen ) zu generieren die wir nicht ausgeführt haben. In der Folge PayPal Zahlung erwirkt haben. Ich war von den PayPal Abbuchungen völlig überrascht und wenige Tage danach lag ein kleines Päckchen mit diesem Schrott im Briefkasten. Geschätzter Gesamtwert etwa 2,50 Euro. Es wurden mir fast 70,- Euro abgebucht.
Der zugesagte Support hat sich natürlich noch nicht gemeldet !

I ordered two bags of tea. 6 weeks later nothing has been delivered. I lodged a complaint with PayPal who say that a delivery has been made which it has not. The delivery people say that it’s been returned to the seller who refuse to offer me a refund. Their admin is a disgrace and I urge you not to order from them as you may like me not receive your expensive goods and no refund will be offered. So bad I cannot believe.
