I absolutely LOVE these! I didn't have to use customer service so I wonder if that's why people gave poor reviews?
But my friend recommended the "grippies" and they are an absolute game changer!
When they arrived I excitedly went through my whole wardrobe trying on all the awkward clothes that I'd never quite felt comfortable in, and they all look amazing now!
I got them a few days ago for a wedding and wore them the whole day, danced like a maniac, then I wore them to work and also lounging in the house.
When I first put them on I was a bit unsure but then I just put a tshirt on and yeah they do stick very well, I literally forget about them the whole rest of the day.
I raved about them to my sister and now she's waiting for her package too.
Absolutely obsessed!

I followed the instructions and the product kept falling off my skin, offering no support. Also the product was completely ill-fitting despite it being my correct size. I've thrown them away and gone to a competitor.

They never sent me my package! I bought them in early July and the package never came. I emailed, and they admitted it was an issue on their end. They asked if I would like to be sent a replacement (obviously they never refunded me so I said yes), and then they never sent it to me and have stopped replying to my emails. AWFUL experience.

I ordered a pair of Breasties Stickies in early July. They arrived promptly, and at first glance, the silicone material appeared to be good quality. However, the trouble started the very first time I tried to use them: large areas of the covers had no glue on them at all. They stuck in some spots but lifted in others, which is completely unacceptable for a product costing over £20.

I took photos and emailed their support team right away. It has now been over a month and I have received zero response, even after sending a second email asking for follow up. Manufacturing mistakes and factory defects happen, I understand that. What is truly appalling is the way customers are completely ignored once the company has their money. You are left feeling invisible, as if you don't even exist.

Meanwhile, the creator continues to heavily advertise these products across social media. It feels deeply unfair to watch the aggressive marketing push while existing customers with faulty orders are ghosted.

I am now out £20 with an unusable product and will be filing a chargeback dispute through my bank. If you don't have a functional customer service system, you shouldn't be running a business. Like many others, I made the mistake of buying through social media hype without checking Trustpilot first, and I genuinely feel scammed. At this point, it isn't even about the money, it is the sheer lack of respect for customers.

To anyone considering buying: just pray nothing goes wrong with your order, because if it does, good luck getting a reply. You will be completely on your own.

Poor customer service, no one gets back to you & they don’t issue refunds.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Started my return my emailing them as requested. Waited weeks to hear back. Had to bombard them with emails. Message on all social media platforms. When someone finally got back to me and asked if I had been helped. Their reply was ‘sorry about that’ Would never EVER use the company based on the customer service alone. Even if the product is good. It’s not worth it. Don’t recommend. Don’t use them. There are plenty of other great options out there for hassle free nipple patches.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, no sign of package, no reply to emails and Instagram!

Fraudulent behaviour! Stay clear

Do not order from this company, ordered from them beginning of June and still not recieved my order. I have sent multiple emails and haven't even had a response. Complete scam.

Total scam!

Ordered and selected 48 hour 'skip the queue' delivery but item wasn't dispatched for 5 days. I emailed to cancel the order before it was dispatched as I was going away, but this was ignored and dispatched anyway. I have emailed them 6 times and nothing has been replied to. I've now returned the order to sender in the hope they'll finally action it but it looks like the return address is just a fulfilment company anyway.
Terrible company - avoid them at all costs!

I’m wondering whether this is a scam company. Product never received and contact form and email not replied to. There’s no contact telephone number. Refund will have to be via another option. I would avoid this company. Something strange going on.

I returned an item to Try Breasties after requesting return instructions, which were significantly delayed.

I returned the item on 05/02/2026 with proof of delivery. Despite this, I have not received a refund.

I followed up multiple times via email, including on 28 Feb 2026, and only received a delayed response on 22 March 2026. No refund was issued.

I then attempted to raise the issue on social media, but my comments were removed and I was blocked.

I have also seen other customers on their Instagram reporting similar issues with refunds not being processed and lack of response.

Overall, my experience has been poor communication and failure to process a legitimate refund after a return.
