Easy to navigate the shopping site online. Great product selections.Quality items. Shipping has been fast and the material is exceptionally packaged. I've been extremely pleased with the accuracy of the physical product with the product description given. This site has become my go to online shopping site. Highly highly recommend!

I've always had positive experiences with TSC.CA. On the rare occasion when there was a problem one call had it corrected. Excellent customer service and variety of products. Ordering is easy, quick shipping and orders are well packed. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a pair of Navy sandals from the Sketchers' brand. It was very easy to place my order on-line; I am very happy with this purchase. The sandals are very comfortable; the navy colour matches with a number of the clothing items that I wear during this time of year. I also look forward to taking them with me when I travel south this winter. I can highly recommend this purchase!

I love being able to shop from the comfort of my home. TSC makes it so much easier , as the demonstrate the products, and they have great deals .

I've always had a positive experience with TSC, I bought my Roomba, iPad, and Kitchen Aid through them, and love that I was able to set up a reasonable payment plan. I did call customer service once because I thought I received the wrong colour of headphones, but the lady on the other end was patient, kind, and helpful. I will keep coming back :)

First time in my life i have to talk to two people to verify my credit card witch postpones a fast delivery and it is such a waste of time. I have a black elite credit card so imagine my surprise. Not going to buy from them again, too complicated and a waste of my time!!!

I have been a loyal customer of TSC for years, too many to admit. Our relationship has ended.

I purchased a couple of items and received the confirmation email and shipping dates as per usual. A few days later, one item arrived. On that order summary, it states my second item, a pair of Cirari 14k WG bezel set earrings was packaged separately. Well, a week later, I’m sent a generic AI email by the “Care Team” saying there were “inventory issues“ and that my order was being cancelled. It stated they did not have enough inventory to fulfill all orders. A downright lie in my opinion. Because of an error in pricing, a mistake I believe they made, the customer does not receive their order? TSC should have a little integrity, admit to their error, and fulfil all orders placed.
I contacted TSC not once, but twice, and requested that the VP, Andrew Myers, contact me. I’m still waiting. Poor, poor, customer service.
Rogers Sports & Media owns this multimillion dollar company. You would not be where you are today, without us, the consumer.

Have previously been a loyal customer to TSC - but no more. Unfortunately, my current order was cancelled. TSC insulted my intelligence with a bogus reason after the order was placed, confirmed and a shipping date given. I am certain their "clearance" price was an error, therefore they canceled the order. It was clearly a mistake on their website. TSC should be responsible to fulfill the order - regardless if it was posted incorrectly or not. In this day and age, retaining customers for future orders should be of utmost importance to them. Obviously, in this case it was not. They have lost a very good customer who will not hesitate to verbalize her experience to others.

They take more than a week to ship a product, with poor return/cancellation policies. Do not order from them

I had an extremely sketchy experience ordering a Blue Jays jersey off of the TSC website. It seemed too good to be true, and I should've trusted my instincts and held off.

Basically, I think TSC is engaging in some pretty weird drop shipping trickery these days. I ordered the jersey and initially received a one week delivery window, received shipping confirmation from Canada Post, etc. It has been over two weeks now, and I have heard nothing in terms of order status.

I had to contact TSC customer service who then contacted the supplier (aka the drop shipping business I guess?) for a new shipping time frame. The customer service worker was helpful, but it was clear that they had access to a different shipping dashboard that I had no access to via Canada Post, which seemed bizarre and deceptive.

I received an update today that the supplier now has no new updates on the order, so a jersey that I thought would easily be delivered within a week now has no shipping date. Totally strange sequence of events!

I am strongly considering cancelling this order and I would definitely never do business with TSC again or recommend anyone else does so. Online commerce is so sketchy these days with TSC probably being the sketchiest experience I've had in recent memory.

Product was not as advertised but I not only paid $9.99 to have it shipped and another $6.99 to return the product even though the product was misrepresented about on air by the Sunna Tan Company representative but also the TSC employee. It had to do with the after smell of the tanning product. Very disappointed.

She was listening to my problem and said will work on it also she was aware of my previous suggestions heartfelt and kind

Ordered a Breville pizza pan. Received it with a scratched surface down the middle of the pan. I ordered online for the convenience. Now, I have to pack it up and go to Canada Post to return the defective product.

WORST PURCHASE EVER… for a 1300$ vacuum the performance of this product is horrendous!! After all this time I wanted to make sure of the reviews! More then 3 months of using it… Battery last MAX.. 25 minutes.. if you dare use the turbo mode 7 minutes …
At that price i tough I was buying quality… and peace of mind !! Hahaha was I ever wrong . And trying to get in touch with that company you have better chance to reach the pope!

Very very slow shipping. Will not recommend to anybody

I used to shop TSC all the time, every week when I was younger but over the years the customer service became nonexistent and the products sold became less than stellar. I stopped shopping with them several years ago, maybe 20? Tonight I’m home alone and decided to have a gander to see what they’re like now. Well now I KNOW I’ll never shop there again. The hosts and sellers couldn’t shut up and they constantly talked over each other. Another product being touted later, the women acted like they were high as they got into the product. It was painful to listen to and so annoying 😖And they used words they had no business using because they had no idea what they were talking about. AGAIN! I couldn’t believe it. They acted as if they could use descriptive words to hopefully sound smart and fool the audience. But I could not wait to shut it down. How has it become so Annoying and inaccurate and remained on tv?!😖 They’re just awful. And over the years their service just got worse and worse until there was none at all. And their prices?! What a joke!! Go to Amazon!
