We’re so happy with our Tubble Royal! It’s perfect when there’s no room for a bathtub in the bathroom.

With the additional pump, we can enjoy a bath in our spacious kitchen, which makes for such a cosy and relaxing evening experience.

We also got in touch with customer service and received wonderful support.
We would absolutely recommend a Tubble to anyone who loves taking baths

Works as advertised. Would be much improved with option for another drain hole at opposite end bottom of tub.

Waardeloos, bestelling geplaatst en betaald wordt beweerd na 1 dag bezorgd te worden. Niet dus dagen verder krijg geen contact met klantenservice meerdere malen gemaild tevergeefs, geld weg en geen pakket. Niet aan beginnen!

Excellent product and super responsive customer service , delivery was flawless. Easy to install and use, excellent instructions and comes with everything you need.

I really love the Tubble bath tub! Just got it a week ago. Shipment (to Germany) was quite fast, btw.
It is easy "assembled" and takes just a few moments until its fully inflated. And the best part: it is so, so comfy! Much more comfy than a normal bath tub, since the material is soft. Also the hight of the tub is perfect for resting neck and arms on it.

An sich ist die Badewanne super, schnell aufgeblasen und super bequem, wenn man darin liegt. Allerdings gibt es eine Sache, die mich stört. Am Boden der Wanne ist ein Ventil, das zur Polsterung der Wanne führt. Zu diesem Ventil steht nichts in der Anleitung und daneben steht nur, dass man es nicht aufpusten soll. Dementsprechend habe ich es beim Baden einfach offen gelassen. Das war nicht klug, denn nun hat sich die gesamte Bodenpolsterung mit Wasser aufgesogen und ich bekomme diesen Innenraum nicht mehr trocken….das wird sicherlich schimmeln. Schade, dass es dazu keine Anweisungen gibt.

Tubble reageert traag, maar ze regelen het uiteindelijk wel. Contact via de site werd helaas niet op gereageerd. Het voelt soms lang, maar ze komen uiteindelijk wel op je terug. Je kan je bestellingen niet zelf annuleren.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von Tubble! Der Kundenservice ist nicht nur extrem schnell, sondern vor allem unglaublich menschlich, herzlich und einfühlsam. Man merkt sofort, dass hier das Wohl von Familien und Kindern an erster Stelle steht. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an verstanden und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und vorallem an Aga für diese großartige Unterstützung und die sympathische Kommunikation. Besser geht es wirklich nicht – absolut empfehlenswert! 5 von 5 Sternen!

I own a Tubble bathtub, which I really like. Unfortunately, I lost a part from the motor, so I contacted the support team. Even though I live in Austria, they’re sending me the part for free. I’d like to express my sincere thanks—I’m very happy about this! That’s the kind of service you hope for. Thanks to Bogdan from the team.

Still no order after a month – but customer service reached out after this review!

I placed my order with Tubble almost a month ago and still haven’t received my products. The delivery has had repeated issues with PostNord, but unfortunately Tubble has been completely unresponsive when I’ve contacted them for help.

PostNord has told me that certain changes to the delivery can only be made by Tubble as the sender, so I’m dependent on their assistance to actually receive my order. Despite contacting Tubble multiple times, I have received no response at all.

Very frustrating experience. At this point, I mainly just want someone from Tubble to respond and help me get the products I paid for.

Added after reply from tubble: I appreciate their response here, but I have not received an email from them or been contacted directly in any other way. I have sent them several mails they can answer, so I hope they do that as soon as possible.
My order was split in to deliveries, one of which was actually delivered yesterday after repeated communication with post nord.

Second update: they had technical issues that had prevented their email from reaching me. They have now reached out and they seem to have made an arrangement with PostNord, and they are offering me both a complementary gift and a cash back for a percentage of the order. So very good customer service once they are on the case.

La circolazione dell aria troppa debole

The package came in no time! I am very happy with the purchase. It is definitely something I’ve been needing to own 🤭😊 The only thing that could be improved, is the draining tube. Maybe an extension of the tube and maybe if could be flexible, moveable. Otherwise it is perfect! 👌

Fab company to deal with. Had an issue with my tub drain pipe but they sent a replacement within a week 5*
