The tubble Royal bathtub is just…best
The tubble Royal bathtub is just totally awesome. It turns a bath into complete relaxation. The size of the Royal fits perfectly in our shower. The color is also a perfect match. The material is extremely sturdy and watertight. From experience, I can say that you can expect it to last a long time. My first bathtub lasted 7 years. I was already really impressed by that! The service via hello@tubble.... is extremely good, friendly, very accommodating, and solution-oriented. I had several very friendly communications with Bogdan. Updated: Good product, good customer service
Leaving my original review further down. After posting this review the customer service team finally reached out. They explained that they've had issues with their email servers which was why they hadn't responded. Once they were in contact they provided excellent service, replaced what was missing/broken and included a complimentary gift (the pillow, which is a fantastic edition and makes the bath even more comfortable). Thank you!
Original review: Happy with the product itself but unhappy with the lack of response from customer service. When our order arrived it was missing the cleaning spray and one of the lamps was broken. I've been trying to get in contact with customer service since the end of July. I've reached out via the contact form on their website, email, social media but no response anywhere. It's been over a month of radio silence and although I enjoy the product I can not currently recommend this company.
I'm hoping this review will get the attention of customer service, you should have emails from me for order #7898, please get in touch.

I use my Tubble after pilates to help…
I use my Tubble after pilates to help my muscles relax and recover. It's honestly become part of my routine to help with flexibility and de-bloating. Taking a bath before bed has made such a difference for my sleep too. Highly recommend if you're into fitness and self-care🥰 +customer service was excellent too!

The cuzi is zomers heerlijk relaxend op balkon, en in de winter gaat ie naar binnen !
Ideaal voor mensen met spier issues, je kunt waanzinnig goed stretchen en masseren omdat je in het water ligt
Dikke aanrader, doet wat een Spa wellness en jacuzzi doet, maar dan voor veel minder €€€

Fijn nieuws: je retour is inmiddels volledig verwerkt en je terugbetaling staat klaar. Afhankelijk van je bank zie je het bedrag binnen een paar werkdagen op je rekening verschijnen.

Non Existent Customer Service
Ordered a Tubble Royale, thought it was a great idea. The bath arrived with 2 punctures, and the pump had a broken piece of plastic inside the moving motor. The vinyl also had some aesthetic discolouration.
I tried to contact customer service 4 times directly, and have had 0 replies. During this time their whole contact page on the website got removed for a while too.
I guess if you receive a working product then you'll be fine, but good luck if you need to contact the non existent customer service.
