We love our Tubble. We ran into an issue, and the customer service was fabulous. Quick, human and very correct. Since it was still under guarantee they offered a new one, it was on its way the same day. Very pleasant experience.

I have recently purchased a tubble cuzi. I shipping was pretty quick, so thats a plus. I have had problems with the “cuzi” part. Mine doesn’t seem to bubble much at all and theres mostly coming bubbles out of one corner and not like the advertisement video at all. I have asked for help for troubleshooting from support, because I thought I might have dobe aomething wrong when setting it up. They asked for a video, but have not replied since. It has been a week since I sent them the video of my problem. There for the low rating. The tub does seem like nice quality, which is a shame since it is paired with poor customer service. The “cuzi” pump is really loud even on low settings, wish I’ve known before I made the purchase.

Leider wird erst nach Anmeldung kommuniziert, dass man sich nochmal online mit gesichtserkennung freischalten muss... sowas kenn ich nur von Banken und da finde ich es schon furchtbar und furchtbar lästig. Also klares nein von mir. Ich bin real will mich aber nicht von irgendwelchen Firmen begutachten lassen...

While the circumstances were challenging and the outcome uncertain, I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Tubble team—and especially Carlos—for their professionalism and support throughout the process.

Carlos was consistently responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented. His communication was prompt and thoughtful, and he made every effort to resolve the matter in a fair and respectful way. Ultimately, the company chose to issue a refund, even though the parcel’s status remained unresolved, which I deeply appreciate.

It’s clear that Tubble values its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Thank you again, Carlos and the Tubble team, for your integrity and kindness.

Al jaren gebruik ik de Tubble Air Purifier Max. Ik heb er geen moment spijt van gehad. Een vriend die af en toe langs komt had normaal gesproken altijd last van mijn hond omdat hij alergisch is. Sinds ik dat ding heb, heeft hij veeeel minder last als hij bij mij thuis is. Ook als ik per ongeluk iets laat aanbranden in de keuken, springt hij gelijk op volle kracht aan en is de stank al snel verdwenen. Echt een aanrader om de lucht in huis schoon te houden.

3 familie leden hebben hem zelfs ook aangeschaft nadat ze hem bij ons zagen en hebben er ook nogsteeds plezier van.

Naast goede producten, is de service ook uitstekend als je tegen een probleem aan loopt!

I had ordered a tubble bath. I have an old one.It’s been a blessing to me for over 4 years with chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I take it everywhere with me. When ordering I noticed tubble now had, bubble cuz
and was so excited. So I deleted my order to ask my friend to help me buy a bubble bath one.I made such a mess and confused everyone so he did, I was really upset I had been charged for two tubble baths.
I had partly caused this. I noticed the money had been returned to my account. Then a delivery driver turned up with two tubble baths. What a beautiful kind company they are. After talking to Marcus I wanted to pay and give the others, to our local charity shop. (I had already given them) how could I tell him?
I noticed I was confusing him. My brother in law is very ill with cancer. I had paid the go fund me because he has bowel cancer and it’s spread. They don’t have a NHS in USA. My brother in law here is on oxygen for small cell cancer. My partner has cancer I have lost my niece and my younger siblings and just started treatment from the hospital. for severe depression. I no longer wanted to be here. I was medicated.
I never told the company any of this. I have nurses visiting me. I just felt a burden to everyone. This company showed me mercy when I didn’t deserve it.
They covered the cost of the Tubbles when I didn’t deserve it. I am truly grateful especially to Marcus.
He is an angel in disguise.. I am crying rears of happinesss. I love my Tubble it eases my pain ❤️

Beste uitvinding ooit wat mij betreft, door het materiaal lig ik liever in een Tubble dan een “echt” bad :)

Daarnaast hebben ze een vriendelijke en snelle klantenservice wanneer je vragen hebt.

GREAT AFTER-SALES SERVICE. The hot tub motor stopped working after six months. I contacted them, sent them a video of the malfunction, and they sent me a new one free of charge since it was under warranty. Thank you so much.

I had a defective pump and i sent an email to them to which they replied very quickly and agreed to send me a new replacement pump. Would recommend them.

Recommend this bathtoob. Everything is more than I expected. Used it every day this summer.

The delivery was delayed and customer service regarding the delivery was extremely pool. The color of the tub is very different from pictures.
