We love our Tucann swim suits! We’re always looking for matching sets to accentuate our bodies, and Tucann delivers THE BEST! The quality is excellent. They fit perfectly AND they’re comfortable! We get many compliments every time we were ours! Orders come quickly!

Customer service took too long to respond and get refund issues resolved. Customers have to pay shipping for returns.

Tucann was a fantastic company to order from. Items came as scheduled and when I needed to change the shipping address their support team responded within an hour…even though I emailed them at 6:00am! The bathing suits were beautifully made, my boyfriend loved them! Would order from them again and again. Looking to order one for me now!

So in their answer on Trust Pilot they say they don't require pictures. I'm going to try and paste their email request for photos if I can. After my post they also said they were going to send me a shipping label. Once again that did not happen. They do this for a reason. They know a large percentage of customers will just give up due to the continued drag out hassle. I gave them to the end of today to send me a return label and then I am done letting them run me around and I will reverse the charges as I outlined below. You can also contact your state attorney generals office for help if your CC company cannot or will not reverse the charges.

My original review still stands. After reading other reviews it is clear trying to return a product is a scam. Just remember if you paid by CC all you have to do is reverse the charges. When the CC company asks for documentation just send the CC company some of the reviews on returning products. They will see your problem is not just you and will reverse their payment. After enough reverse charges the company may get the hint or go out of business.
Don't give up because that is what they are counting on. Get your money back and go elsewhere.

Easy to order but good luck trying to return the product. They ask you submit pictures which I tried to do but their system would freeze each time I tried to upload. I then sent them the same pics by email and they have twice said they did not receive them. There is no correspondence during the day so it drags on day after day. Since I cannot get them to send me a RA number and return label I going to reverse the charges with AmEx. As a sidenote...the trunks were ok. They just did not fit my body well which is no big deal but they have waisted way too much of my time trying to return them. Either poorly managed or a scam when trying to return. I will not try them again.

Customer Service is Lacking they are always late on their expected delivery date even if you choose expedited shipping. There is no support number and they don’t answer their emails. This is the second or third time this has happened. My order was placed on a Friday with Expedited shipping and an expected date of Tuesday but they are in India or Pakistan so the order was not received until the next day and as of Tuesday they were still processing the order and it had not shipped. Very disappointing.

I bought two pair of Men’s medium size Tucann 5” swim shorts. The material is very high quality. The sizing was perfect. Still there what I think are two design flaws that shout be addressed. 1. The lining shorts inside the suit are mildly loose with no support pouch, therefore your thing hangs down your leg as if you are wearing a swim suit with no liner. So what is the use of putting a liner in if there is no support? 2. The draw string on the front with the elastic on the back does not tie very tight. Therefore I would be careful because when you dive they have a good potential to pull half off. So make a compression liner that has a supporting pouch and add a phone pocket on the side of the liner like other brands, then design the draw string to tighten as tight as the customer wants. Then these would defiantly be the best swim shorts on the market!!!

Swim trunks never showed up even though I paid for shipping insurance. I called and emailed them and they said to take it up with the shipping company. They don’t help and now I am out $200. I would not recommend using this company.

This is an update to my below review. I received a follow up email some days later making an exception to the no-exchange policy on my product. I believe the chat assistant was either AI or a real person just following a script. In any case, I got a personal email from the company offering to exchange my product. Once I had received the initial rejection of my exchange, I wore the shorts in public anyway, despite feeling initially too small, and was actually VERY happy with them. It was some of the most comfortable and attractive bathing attire I had ever worn and the suit was on constant comment. I was just put off by the very abrupt and uncompromising response of whatever chat support system them used and felt trapped with a product I thought I couldn't use. Despite needing better and more flexible support staff, I am otherwise VERY happy now with what I purchased and will buy from them again.

I ordered two bathing suits and paid a pretty penny for them. The quality was great, but one of them was way too small for me. When I tried to return or exchange it, with an exchange being preferred, I was told that the suit I bought was flagged as non-returnable and nothing could be done. Now I am out $70 with a bathing suit I cannot wear. You can roll the dice and buy their product, but don't count on ANY recourse if something is wrong with the product. I'll never give them another penny...

These are the most comfortable and best ever! I am throwing everything else out and buying more of these. Everything was perfect!

My husband bought a bathing suit and by mistake ordered two of the same thing. I am trying to return one of them. They made me send a photo of the unopened package and now are making me wait three days for them to decide if they will accept a return. The product is very nice but NEVER WILL BUY HERE AGAIN. This is the most frustrating experience ever. If they respond then i will consider modifying this review but so far I cannot reach them at all. I just have to wait it out. With so many other stores with great and easy return policies you don't need to deal with this cr**.

I ordered a pair of shorts, after receiving them I instantly loved the pattern, color and quality! Great product. This was my first time ordering this brand, I ordered a medium which is what alot of my shorts are, tried them on, sadly they were a little bit small on me. I requested a exchange and it was extremely fast and simple. Thank you and your team for doing such a great job! Definitely will be purchasing again.

I was able to order with ease, so fast that I forgot my mystery discount. I emailed support and they processed the discount without question.

I tried Tucann swimsuits for my husband for the first time and he loved them! He hates mesh linings and these were so comfortable. I didn’t realized one of the suits I ordered was final sale, and my hubby needed a size M not L, they were so gracious to still exchange the item for me as a one time courtesy as a first time customer. Will definitely be shopping again!

The shorts and shirt are fun and great quality! Customer service was excellent with an exchange for a larger size of shirt (they are cut smallllllllllllll).

Great after sales service, had a query with my invoice, received a prompt response to my email, my query was resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours, just waiting for my purchases to be delivered.

I decided to return one of the suits I haven't worn. Unfortunately I didn't read your return guidelines first. I don't have the original packing material which nullifies me to return. I stated in my first review comments that you lining material is uncomfortable once you're out of the water. In other words the 'suit' doesn't dry very fast. Positive note, I like the fit, style etc.

If I could put zero stars, I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I placed an order and didnt realize when I put the item in the cart that the size changed from XXL to Small. When I received the package and noticed that it was a small, I immediately contacted the company by email and asked to exchange it. They no longer had a XXL available in that style and it would not let me choose another style. So I was just returning the small size
They provided a postage paid label. I went back on the site and ordered a different style in a XXL and when it went to the cart, it changed to a small again but I caught it this time. I changed it back, paid for the new order and received the product and was just waiting for the refund from the first order. I get an email stating that the exchange is on its way. What? They didnt have the size I need. So the order comes and its the size small AGAIN. I emailed them and explained the situation and now I have to pay for the return because its the second time even though it was their fault. They are sorry for the frustration. Really? I won't buy from here again. Had I read the reviews with customer service first, I would not have purchased anything from them. Lesson learned.
When contacting them by email, be prepared to wait for a response. Terrible customer service!!!
