Order from 11/20 has not been shipped.
I have not received my order which was placed on 11/20 I reached out to support and no reply. The DHL tracking # they gave me shows the order has not left the warehouse.

This is to inform you that we shipped the order on time but there was issue with carrier initial scanning, which result in pakcage lost. That was the reason tracking number doesn't show any movement.
However our team has already processed refund for the order considering the package was lost in transit.

Took forever to deliver the goods. Over a week. Seriously? They say it was delivered. I was out all day that day. Came back but I didn’t see any package.Neighbors didn’t see it? I’d like my money back.

I am trying to return the item because…
I am trying to return the item because it arrived missing a part. I emailed the problem with a picture. They then told me it can’t be processed unless I call. However, no phone number was provided to call. Therefore, I sent another email describing the situation. I again was told to complete the return process. I am being given the run around it appears. At this point, Please reverse the charges to this purchase. The quality of the item is inferior.
