Subpar sheets & Dirty Grimy Bicycle Seat
I purchased a bike seat and a set of 100% Cotton 1,000 thread count king size sheets.
They were shipped separately.
The bike seat arrived first. It was inside a plastic bag inside a box. When I removed the seat from the plastic bag, I found a very dirty bike seat that looked like it had been unwrapped on a shelf in a warehouse since Tuesday Morning Closed many of their physical stores. When buying something new, one does not expect to have to wash filth and grime from the item.
The sheet set arrived a week later. It appeared to be a direct ship from a 3rd rate company. The sheets say 100% cotton on the label but it also reads Easy Care which means poly cotton blend and that what the material feels like. Washing did not make them better. They are subpar and far from the quality of prior luxury 1,000 thread count cotton sheets purchased previously from a Tuesday Morning store. Calling these sheets 300 thread count would be generous. I have lost confidence in this retailer and do not recommend ordering from them.

Sorry, not a good experience
Sorry, I was very disappointed with this purchase. The online experience was fine, the deliver time was fine, the quality of the item is far below what I expected. I went to the website to process a return and the link to your form to start a return gave "page not found". I cannot recommend and wish I had not purchased.

Assembly instructions are poor; they do not provide enough details. The filing cabinet drawers are very small.

Barely fell short of perfect.
I ordered two of the largest gym mats that you sell - one for my 18-year-old daughter who is active, along with having multiple types of seizures and the second one as a Christmas gift for my three grandchildren ages 1 to 7 years in age, all very active and the youngest has different physical therapies where a mat will help soften those missteps. The 2 mats and the balance beam shipped fast and arrived way in advance. The one drawback was that one of the boxes was thinner than the other and was barely covering the contents when I picked up the mat. I had to manufacture a box for it so that it could be wrapped for Christmas gift giving, the original box literally fell off the mat and balance beam before I could get it out of my car. Other than that negative it would have received a hundred percent.
