I bought a start up pack for my daughter. She hasn’t tried it yet, but is very excited to have a go!
The delivery process wasn’t straightforward which meant one of my parcels went astray.
The customer service at tufting Europe was prompt in replying and very reassuring and both parcels turned unscathed a couple of days later.

Got a message from Post NL and german Hermes, that package was damaged. I am awaiting information on how to proceed. Sorry fir that review at the moment.

Redelijk snel opgestuurd de eerste keer, de tweede keer ook…maar de doos was gescheurd….dat komt natuurlijk door de bezorger, wel jammer want daardoor zat de draad doorhaler niet meer in de doos. Verder alles prima.

i had an issue with my tufting gun. i reached out to them and they answered they could take care of that. I then asked the range of prices for a repair and they ignored me. i sent 4 mails and they just don't answer back. i'm very frustrated.
